New Year's Eve and a new threat

New year's eve came and we were celebrating together with everyone at Erik's house. It was time to celebrate the old and ring in the new, except the new would bring an unexpected guest, none of us wanted.

Well make that two.

As people arrived, Erik was more tense than usual.  My Luna was being drawn out because his alpha was restless.  Finally, I pulled him aside.

"What is wrong with you," I asked him a bit concerned.

"It's my alpha. He wants to make an appearance," he whispered to me.

"The only time that happens is when you feel threaten," I reasoned as he gave me a look.

I looked at him with concerned, "don't tell me."

"Ana, something is drawing him out or someone," he told me as I looked at him then around the room. People were talking and enjoying themselves.

"Can't you just tell him down boy," I asked in a whispered.

"It's not that simple. It's not like I can say, hey wolf self, settle down," he said quietly as he was becoming anxious. Great that's all we needed was for Erik's alpha to emerge with a room full of people, even if most of them were supernatural.

"I got an idea," I said as he looked at me. It was a bit crazy but I knew it would help. I grabbed all my friends and his siblings and explained what was going on. Martin suggested that Erik and I slip away and let him unleash his aggression if you know what I mean. I promptly zapped his ass. Perve.

Everyone said they would keep an eye out and the wonder twins said they would try and create a barrier to keep whatever was outside, out.  This still didn't settle Erik's alpha down as he was trying to stay calm.

"What's going on," Martin asked as I tried to calm Erik.

"It's not working. He's becoming more and more anxious," I said as I tried to calm him.

"Well, we need to do something, we have some people here that don't know about werewolves or any other supernatural being," Riley added.

Erik dug his hands into the counter top as he tried to keep the alpha at bay.  Whatever was setting him off, was closer than we realized.

Ana tried to calm me but nothing was working. Even with everyone being aware of the anxiety that had crept into me. One thing was for certain, my alpha wanted to emerge. I felt the urge to change and this wasn't good with some people here that were human.

I tried to calm myself but I gripped the counter tightly. Then my eyes changed.

"I think we have a problem," Martin said as they all looked at me.

Their eyes popped at the fact my alpha was getting ready to be unleashed. I could feel my teeth start to grow as they all looked at me. Dad came into the kitchen and saw my wolf starting to emerge.

"We need to get him out of here," he told the others.

"Easier said than done," Madison answered.

I released a low growl from my throat as they looked at each other.

"Then we need to get people out of here," dad told them as we heard screams erupt from the living room. "Now what?"

I dropped to my knees as they had to deal with me changing and party guests becoming frantic then it happened. I changed into my wolf form as I took off, crashing through the window, causing massive hysteria.

"This isn't good," Martin said as the others looked at him.

I flew out of the broken window, landing on the ground to come face to face with not one but two wolves. What the hell? I did what any alpha would do, I got into a defensive stance as I bared my teeth, growling.

One wolf lunged at me as the other took off. I was joined by the others as someone shot a gun, alerting us.

"Go after the other wolf. We got this one," Brady announced as the five of us took off after the other wolf. Whoever it was, would have wished they never came here.

Brady and Christian dragged the other wolf around the back as mom, Phoebe and the wonder twins cast a spell on the few party guests erasing their memory of said events.

Something told me, things just got majority complicated.  My parents decided to send everyone home that didn't remember what happened so we could deal with this.

I waited for Erik and the others to return as Christian and Brady dragged the other wolf inside.  They let go of them on the kitchen floor as the other arrived back shortly after. We went and got them clothes and tossed them to all of them. As they changed back, they quickly dressed.

Entering the house they walked into the kitchen to find us all there.

"Did you find them," I asked Erik.

"We almost had them but they veered off and we lost their scent," he answered me.

Then the wolf started changing back to human form and we stood their shocked.

"Oh my god."

"Is that Mr. Rhodes the new teacher," Alex asked.

Christian looked at the man, stunned.

"This isn't your "new" teacher.  It's Azeral," he said in shock.

If this was Azeral which we still weren't sure about, who the hell was the other wolf and why did I feel like things just took a one hundred and eighty degrees?

This is only the first part explaining the start of it all. Next book is the second book going into more detail. Trust me you will find out a lot more but you're going to have to wait because it will be out sometime next year.
