"You can't do this Grogan! SCPD is not a lynch mob!" Quentin shouted storming against the SCPD commissioner as he was seeing the swat team getting their orders on capturing The Arrow following the murder of Mayor Castle. There was no way the Arrow would do this, it was a copycat through and through, a good one considering the arrows the copycat used were identical. "Call off the manhunt!"
"Lt. Pike! Relieve Captain Lance of his authority!" Grogan commanded snidely.
Quentin handed his badge forcefully to Grogan. "Don't bother! I quit!" He stormed off in the other direction. This was not he signed up for.
"You do realize what you just did, Quentin?" Frank asked following him.
"I know. I just don't care. The Arrow didn't do this." Quentin said knowingly.
"I don't know. The evidence is really compelling." Frank reminded him. "But you've never been wrong when it comes to trusting your instincts, so I take your word for it."
"Thanks, Frank."
