"(Y/n), it is too dangerous," Castiel protested. You knew he was looking after you, trying to protect you but you felt useless in the bunker alone. "I'm not letting you get hurt, Michael might find you and use you against us."
"But we're a team!" you argued. "Michael could take any of us and use any of us against the others."
"But you're..." Cas trailed of, not wanting to say it.
"But I'm what? I'm weak? I'm a Nephilim like Jack."

"(Y/n), please." Castiel sighed. He never thought you'd protest but now you were. It was probably because Dean had been teaching you how to fight. "Your Grace is still recharging."
"I can still fight, I can use knives and guns cause Dean's been teaching me." He sighed as he looked at the frown on your face.
"Alright, you can come with us if they say it's okay."
"They said it's okay, " you said as you hugged your father. "I've already checked."
"What?" he asked as you pulled away from him and headed towards the door. He shouldn't have expected any less from his daughter, especially since she'd been hanging around the Winchesters.

You walked into the room to see your father making a small incision in Lucifer's throat. Archangel grace began flowing out and into the bowl with the other spell ingredients to open the rift. Castiel released Lucifer's head and the wound closed up a little.
"Okay, you could've done that at the bar," Lucifer said to Gabriel."Could've drained me, killed me. What's this all about? Humiliation? Revenge?"
"Nah," said Sam. "They're just bonuses. See, we have a lot of work to do in Apocalypse world but not a lot of time to do it. But I realised something, I realised we could use you."

He nodded to Rowena who crouched down next to Lucifer and gathered her power. She cast her arms forward to open the rift and announced the spell. The rift opened, a gold crack in the universe. They could leave this world and enter a completely different alternate one. It was sort of frightening, knowing in that universe you might not exist or you might have been killed. Or worse, you could have been evil.

"We can use you to open the door and to keep the door open. So we're going to drain you. We're gonna keep on draining you," explained Sam as he put his bag on his back. You had already put yours on your back, you thought it could save time.
"Like a stuck pig."
"Grace on tap. Sorry, bro," said Gabriel. Clearly he was not sorry.
"And then, when we get back, then we'll kill you."
"Cool," muttered Lucifer.

You watched everyone and you felt unsure about going to the alternate Earth.  On one hand, you were with your father and not with the Devil but on the other hand, you were going to a different world where there was a lot of fighting to be done. No, you thought, no regrets. You were going to save your cousin and Sam and Dean's mother.

"You ready?" Gabriel asked Sam. Dean watched Sam intently as his younger brother turned towards the rift.
"Ready." Sam walked through the rift followed by Gabriel.
"Are you sure about this, (Y/n)?" asked your father. You nodded with a smile on your face.
"I'm sure," you said before stepping into the rift. Your father followed and Dean was the last to go through.

The screaming inside had stopped and you looked up from your hands. Mary and Jack had been saved, now they had to save Charlie and Ketch. You liked Ketch so far, mainly because he had helped your uncle, Gabriel, and Gabriel could be hilarious. And Charlie was a friend of the Winchesters and the Winchesters' friends usually ended up being your friends.

Castiel had gone to do something a while ago, you had forgotten what. They had left you on lookout for any angels who were going to try to sneak up on them or try to ambush them from behind.
"(Y/n)!" yelled a familiar voice. Your dad.
"Dad? Is everything okay?" You jogged towards him, hoping nothing was wrong. He smiled at you and pulled you into a hug, you happily hugged back. As you tried to pull away from him and gt back to looking out for angels, you felt him tighten his grip. You yelped as something sharp dug into your side. A knife. "Dad?"

"(Y/n)!" It was the same familiar voice. But it wasn't coming from the mag who had just stabbed you. It was coming from your dad. This must be alternate Castiel. While alternate Castiel was distracted, you managed to pull free of their grasp and stagger away, a knife still lodged in your side. Thankfully, it wasn't an angel blade. "I'll deal with him, you go to Sam and Dean."

Nodding, you headed off to find Sam and Dean with the knife still lodged in your side. Taking it out would be a stupid idea, you knew that much. It wasn't too hard to find Sam since he ran towards you as soon as he noticed you were injured.

As soon as you got back to camp, you had someone tend to the knife in your side properly. It was exhausting. As you lay on your back, staring at the ceiling of wherever you were, you couldn't quite remember.
"(Y/n), I'm glad you're safe," said Castiel. You turned your head to see your father sitting by you.
"I should have stayed in the bunker," you muttered. He was right, you couldn't fight angels. Especially one who was your father's doppelgänger.

Castiel held out a vial to you. Inside was a glowing silver-blue mist. You knew what that was.
"Angel grace?" You took the vial from him, wincing slightly. He nodded. You knew how much he disliked taking other angel's grace. "Who did it belong to?"
"Me," he said. He then furrowed his brow as he noticed your confusion. "Alternate me."
"Thank you."

"Well," he said. "If your grace doesn't recharge quick enough, your body will start to destroy itself. I can't bear to see you in pain. This must be what Sam and Dean feel like when one of them gets hurt."
"I'd hug you," you said. "But my side really hurts." Castiel chuckled but then his expression turned serious.
"You are never coming back to this reality ever again."
"I don't want to."
