You set down the tray of cakes on the counter.
"Thanks (Y/n)," said Baker Smurf. As you stepped back, you slipped on something and grabbed the counter. Or, what you thought was the counter but it was warm. The tray of cakes! Baker Smurf glared at you as you pushed yourself into a sitting position with the cakes on the floor.
"Sorry?"
Soon, you found yourself walking around the village. Baker Smurf had promptly kicked you out, leaving you wih nothing to do for the day. It was a lovely day. The sun was bright in a cloudless sky and if it weren't for the accident earlier, you would have said today was a wonderful day.
While watched a butterfly as you walked, you walked into someone.
"Clumsy!" You exclaimed in surprise.
"Oh, er, I'm so sorry (Y/n)," he stammered while you both got to your feet.
"I'm sorry too," you said.
"I guess we both weren't looking where we were going," said Clumsy with an awkward laugh at the end. He made you remember those feelings you had for him.
"Hey Clumsy, do you think of me as a friend?" You asked.
"Uh... yeah..." He looked at you with a confused expression.
"Do you... wanna be something more?" Hopeful, you watched his reaction.
"I'd love to." Delighted, you hugged him and the both of you nearly fell over again.
"Today's been a wonderful day," you thought, thinking of Clumsy.
