"Mind if I sit here?" You looked up to see a tired looking man in a slightly crumpled brown suit.
"No, not at all." You shuffled to your right so he could sit down beside you while still having enought room so it wasn't awkward.
"Nice day today," he said. You almost ignored him until you realised he spoke.
"Do you mean the day is nice? Or that today is a nice day whether I like it or not? Or perhaps today is a good day to be nice on?" You asked while looking up at the trees with emerald leaves and the cloudless, blue sky.
"I was saying it to open a conversation," he answered with a smile which you returned with a wide smile of your own.
"No one's ever answered me like that before," You laughed.
"First time for everything," he replied.
Glancing down to your watch, you noticed you had five minutes to get back to your office.
"I'm (Y/n). It was nice meeting you," You shook his hand quickly while adding a short explanation. "I have to be back at my office in five minutes."
"Nice meeting you too, I'm Bruce," You hurried off realising you had a conversation with a random guy. Bruce felt happy that you didn't treat him differently because of the battle of New York.
Walking into the office, you realised that you just talked to an Avenger. You squealed and bounced up and down on your toes while exclaiming; "I met an Avenger! Awesome!"
