You were walking. Where? You didn't really know. You where in New York city. Your now ex-boyfriend had left you and now you were lost. You couldn't find your way to you apartment.
"This is so cliché!" You said to yourself. The streets were empty.
Your legs began to grow tired so you didn't relly look where you were putting your feet. Because of this, you tripped and fell. You braced yourself for impact but it never came. Instead you felt a cold arm catch you. You turned around and saw a man with chin-length brown hair and had a military looking outfit on. The strange thing was, this man had a metal arm. You had seen people with prosthetic legs and arms but this man's arm was metal and in the shape of an arm. It sounded really stupid but, oh well.
"Thank you," you said to the man. He nodded before going to turn away. You both made eye contact for about a second efore he walked away.
That man was definitely different. He had a look of pain and helplessness in his eyes. You wanted to find out more about this man.
"My life is so cliché!" You muttered to yourself before noticing a street you recognised.
