Yoongi went downstairs to get some water for himself from the kitchen. He dreaded meeting the members along the way and hoped and prayed that he wouldn't have to.
Either way, luck wasn't on his side and unfortunately he was met with Taehyung who was seemingly cutting up some vegetables and making a salad. Wow, random?
As soon as Taehyung noticed Yoongi's presence, he slammed the knife he was holding down onto the table and clenched his fists. Yoongi, of course, was terrified because when Taehyung was angry he could end up doing anything. Besides, he was already a bit insane.
"I wouldn't suggest being here in the same room as me while I'm holding a knife," the younger spoke through gritted teeth.
Yoongi slowly backed away, hoping he'd be able to leave without Taehyung saying anything further. Alas, Taehyung turned around and walked towards him, making Yoongi tense up and freeze.
"I've fucked up too but Yoongi, remember that it's me that Jungkook runs to now if there's a problem. And usually, that problem is you."
It felt like a massive punch to the face when Yoongi heard that. It hurt to know how much Yoongi had actually hurt Jungkook without even realising it.
"Stop fucking him over, Yoongi. He's had enough." Taehyung slowly raised the knife up to Yoongi's chin, pressing it lightly to threaten him further.
"I-I'm sorry, I'd leave him alone but he keeps coming back one way or another and I can't do anything about it but end up hurting him, Taehyung!" Yoongi blurted out, almost breaking off into tears.
Taehyung lowered the knife, feeling slightly guilty for letting himself slip into his other thoughts just like that. He turned around and set his knife back on the table. "Fuck, sorry."
And now Yoongi was confused because Taehyung had just apologisedto him? Was Taehyung feeling alright?
