Chapter 18

"Aww, I'm happy for you, Haejinnie~ And as one of your sunbaes, I'm really proud of you!" Sunny smiled, squeezing Haejin's hand.

"Thank you, unnie!" Haejin smiled.

"Sunny-ssi, stand by." The director said.

Sunny bid goodbye and went to the table where Doyoung is already seated. Haejin stood beside Jaemin behind the camera, waiting for their cue.

"3, 2, 1..."

"We will start when the live hits 10,000 viewers." Doyoung said, looking at the screen to check the view count.

The moment their live hit 10,000. He and Sunny started to introduce themselves.

"Annyeonghaseyo, NCT Doyoung imnida!"

"Annyeonghaseyo, Sonyeo shidae Sunny imnida!"

Haejin and Jaemin, together with the other staffs clapped their hands when the two introduced themeselves.

"Ah, everyone, I know that you are all eager to know who our guests are for today," Sunny started.

Doyoung continued, "Ah, noona, but have you heard of 'You and I' together yet?"

Sunny nodded, "Of course! The singers are my idols! I like them so much!" She said which made Haejin laugh.

"But our guests for today are cute, right? They look cute together. Especially in the photos that were on Instagram." Doyoung said.

Sunny nodded, "I agree. So without further do, let's introduce our guests! Here are Jaemin and Haejin!"

The moment the two entered, the staffs clapped and they even cheered.

Haejin was about to pull her chair but Jaemin beat her to it. He pulled Haejin's chair and let her sit before seating on his own chair.

Sunny and Doyoung were trying so hard not to tell the world about them. Sunny, being the supportive sunbae/unnie/noona she is, syared at the two who were subtly flirting with each other.

"Wow, truly a gentleman, Jaemin-ah— I mean, Jaemin-ssi," Doyoung said, realizing that he should be talking to Jaemin formally since they are the guests. Sunny laughed, "Since you're his hyung and a co-member, you can talk to him without any burden, Doyoung-ssi." Sunny said which made Doyoung sigh with relief.

"Why are you even more nervous than me, hyung?" Jaemin said which made all of them laugh.

"Oppa, calm down." Haejin said which made them laugh even more.

"Anyways, let's start the interview!" Sunny said. The two nodded.

"What can you say about 'You and I', Jaemin and Haejin?" Doyoung asked.

"Basically, 'You and I' tells a story about lovers who were wishing that they would last forever. But like any other stories, their relationship wasn't all about happiness," Jaemin said.

Haejin nodded, "There's a lyric which says 'If only I could turn back time, I should have stayed'. But of course, the song has a happy ending. If you have watched the music video, it was on the part when Jaemin-oppa and I found each other at the carnival." She almost called Jaemin informally. Luckily, she remembered that they were on an interview.

Sunny nodded, "What is the genre of the song?"

The two looked at each other then answered at the same time, "Ballad."

Sunny and Doyoung nodded. "Can we talk about the pictures Haejin posted on her Instagram account?"

On the projector screen, it showed the five photos that were posted on Haejin's Instagram account. She gulped, how is she gonna explain?

"These pictures were really the topic of people on the internet these past few weeks. And in only a week, it almost have 2 million likes! Haejin-ssi, could you explain what these photos mean?" Doyoung asked on the spot which made Haejin froze.

Jaemin looked at her, eyes full of worry, but he didn't let it be obvious because if the fans knew, they would be so screwed.

He secretly held Haejin's hand under the table. They were cold. They were not prepared for that question.

Haejin took a deep breath, "It was supposed to be some sort of a spoiler to the fans who were really anticipating our duet. We knew that when it was announced that we will have a station together, our fans, NCTzens and G-Angels went really crazy over it. So I thought that the moment we will film the music video, I will post pictures of us. But I didn't expect it to reach that much." Haejin explains.

Okay hold up!!! How was I able to pull that off?!

Jaemin looked at her, then he smiled and nodded. Haejin placed her hand in top of his.

"I honestly think that the pictures look good, though." Sunny said.

"But noona, are you sure that it's just the pictures which look good?" Doyoung asked then looked at the guests.

I swear, hyung. You won't be able to get out of here alive the moment you will spill something.

"Honestly, you guys look good together." Sunny commented.

Haejin placed her palm on her forehead while laughing. Jaemin was also chuckling.

"We honestly have no idea how would we react to that. Even Taeyong-hyung said that." Jaemin said.

"I like this picture the best." Sunny said, pointing at the last photo in which Haejin and Jaemin are looking at each other.

Doyoung nodded, "I agree with you, noona. It looks so cute and sweet at the same time."

Doyoung looked at his cue cards, and sighed, "Time to read the comments."

"It says here, 'Haejin, Jaemin, saranghae.'" Sunny said which made the two smile.

"We love you too!" Haejin said, showing a finger heart gesture.

"Here's a really good question," Doyoung said.

The three, Sunny, Jaemin, and Haejin, were waiting for him to continue.

"Are you two dating?"
