I see my life flash before my eyes

All those times i took selfies
with my friends making sure to
turn away from the camera

The gallons of fun and laughter i've had with so many people

That time at prom when i said his hair looked like a hedgehog

When i begged her to delete the stupud recordings

Those times when i looked in the mirror and saw just how ugly i was

All the fun school trips where i'd actually felt truly alive

Then everything went downhill

My heart got viciously stomped on by my childhood crush

I cried almost every night because i was never good enough and never could be

I started a new school and i was constantly compared with each and every one of the people in my year

I felt my life force slowly getting sucked out of me
