Renée's P.O.V

Looking at the place from my hotel window... That's where I'm going?

The Freedom Dome.

Where dreams come true.

After the limo ride, we arrived at the hotel which is where everyone else was staying.

Everyone must be asleep or something because the halls were empty.

At least I get my own hotel room! It would have been nice to be in the penthouse suite, but I guess that beggars can't be choosers now can they?

Tomorrow is the day... And it's an early start for me, since I have to be at the hotel for 6am before anyone else is awake.

*KNOCK* *KNOCK*

RENÉE: "Huh? Who is it?"

DANIEL: "Ren, it's me. Can I come in?"

RENÉE: "Sure Dani."

He entered the room and joined me at the window.

DANIEL: "Wow, what a view..."

RENÉE: "I know right? It's something magical."

DANIEL: "The city that never sleeps. A befitting title for the Big Apple."

RENÉE: "It's truly incredible."

DANIEL: "Ren... About what I was going to say on our date..."

HE JUST CALLED IT A DATE TOO?! (O_O)

RENÉE: "Sure um... Go on..."

DANIEL: "I never got to finish what I said... And I meant it."

RENÉE: "What were you going to say?"

DANIEL: "That some things never change..."

RENÉE: "What d-do you mean by that??"

DANIEL: "My father once had a major crush on your mom... And I..."

RENÉE: "Y-You...???"

DANIEL: "And I have a major crush on you."

Wait did I just say that out loud?!

DANIEL: "Does that mean that... Your feelings are the same?"

RENÉE: "Um... Well... Oh what the heck..."

I grabbed him by the shoulders and right there in that hotel room, lit by the City of New York...

DANIEL: "OUCH!"

RENÉE: "OMG I'M SO SORRY!!!"

I accidentally headbutted Dani...

DANIEL: "It's okay Renée... I'm just so releaved that you feel the same way..."

RENÉE: "R-Right... S-So does this mean th-that we're d-dating n-now?"

DANIEL: "Not just yet. I say that we put our feelings aside for one night only and focus on winning that contest. Once it's all said and done... We will be together."

RENÉE: "Th-That's great! I guess that we should get some sleep first..."

DANIEL: "Oh yeah... We start early tomorrow. So...um... goodnight Ren."

RENÉE: "Goodnight Dani."
