This contest is so exciting! A guy named Makoto Takami and Pierre Roberts put on great performances!

Shuichi Kobayashi Vs... RENÉE ROBERTS?!

NIKKI: "Brandon, BRANDON! Are you sleeping?! Come on our little girl is about to perform!"

BRANDON: "H-huh...W-What?... Renée's...performing? That's... great...5...more... minutes... RENÉE'S PERFORMING?!"

CHLOE: "Welcome back to the world of the living."

BRANDON: "Hey! I was only asleep for a little while."

ZOEY: "You fell asleep during Mr. Chase's speech."

BRANDON: "Oh come on... He pulls out the same old speech every time!"

CHLOE: "Just feel lucky that you get to see your daughter perform tonight buddy."

ZOEY: "Yeah because for some reason ours aren't!"

BRANDON: "Okay, okay... Fine I was going to wake up before Renée's performance anyway."

NIKKI: "Keep telling yourself that *giggle*."

RENÉE: "I CAN'T DO THIS!!!

I'M FREAKING OUT, I'M FREAKING OUT, I'M FREAKING OUT!!!

HELP ME!!!"

CHARLIE: "Don't worry Renée, we're here to support you."

ASHLEY: "Yeah, we're right by your side!"

CHARLIE: "Now go..."

ASHLEY: "...go and..."

BOTH: "... JOIN US IN THE SECOND ROUND!"

RENÉE: "Thanks girls. I think I've got this!"

CHARLIE: "That's the spirit!"

ASHLEY: "And if you don't go out there we'll kick your butt."

RENÉE: "Okay, okay girls I'm going!"

I got one shot at this...

1. My family is watching.

3. My crush is watching.

I'm performing straight after Shuichi and his performance just ended so it's time...

I quickly walked onstage and took my place.

I nervously glanced out at the audience and squinted, trying to spot faces I knew. But because of the glare of the bright stage lights, the crowd was just a big massive blur of darkness, noise and excitement.

Which was actually a good thing, because not seeing a million people staring back at me made me feel less nervous.

I'm ready to perform this song. A very special song. A song that means a lot to my parents.
