Everyone in Baekhyun's household knew he was depressed. No one knew what to do or even why. The only person who never gave up was his sister Joy. Every chance Joy got she would make him smile. She loved seeing him smile.

The reason for Baekhyun being depressed was because all his friends left him. He was constantly bullied and it was even worse when they took it online. Baekhyun's wrists were filled with scars and fresh cuts. He was reaching his end.

That Day At School

Baekhyun got kicked in the chest letting out a cry. He didn't know why people hated him so much. They just did.

Baekhyun shakily stood up dragging himself towards the stairs. He limped up the stairs opening the roof door. He limped towards the edge and began to cry loudly. This was it. He was done. Done with the pain, done with the pain.

He stepped on the ledge and heard a scream. People gathered below some staring out the windows.

"BAEKHYUN WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" A teacher screamed

Baekhyun ignored the scream and took a shaky breath. Baekhyun heard the roof door open and turned his head.

"Don't!" The tall male yelled

Baekhyun closed his eyes taking a step. People screamed below as the sound of sirens filled his ears.

"NO!"

Baekhyun opened his eyes when he felt a hand tightly wrapped around his wrist. The tall male pulled Baekhyun back onto the roof and pinned him to the ground.

"Why? Why were you going to jump!?" The male shouted

"I'm ready to leave" Baekhyun said calmly

"No, you have to hang on. You'll be glad you did" the male took a deep breath letting Baekhyun go

"Why should I listen to you? I don't even know you" Baekhyun glared

"But I know you Baekhyun"

"Wh-What?"

"I'm Oh Sehun's cousin. I'm in the grade above you and I've seen you around. I wanted to approach you but every time I tried someone else did." Chanyeol explained

The rooftop door slammed open and a crying Joy ran at Baekhyun.

"YOU FUCKING IDIOT!" She cried

Baekhyun just took a deep breath and he her tight.

"It's okay sis....Im here" Baekhyu sighed

The tall male stood up and helped the two siblings stand.

"My name is Chanyeol by the way"

"Thank you....Chanyeol"

"I'd like to know you better." Chanyeol spoke bodly

"I-I"

"He would love that!" Joy smirked

Chanyeol chuckled and handed his phone to Baekhyun.

"Please text me any time. Also, I want you to promise me something"

Baekhyun slowly put his number in and waited.

"Promise me you won't try to kill yourself again" Chanyeol met Baekhyun's puffy eyes

Baekhyun put his head down hesitating.

"I don't want to lose someone I care about. This promise means no cutting either. You promise me Baekhyun" Chanyeol spoke softly

"I-I promise" Baekhyun sniffled

"Baekhyun you need to come with us" a police officer spoke up

"Wh-why?"

"Your parents are worried"

Baekhyun nodded turning back to Chanyeol.

"Thank you...."

Before Chanyeol could respond Baekhyun ran towards the door.
