Day 2. April 4th 2018

Today was not so productive.
It's because I was feeling that I can't move , but gladly I got up and got dressed and was planning to go class. But because I was late and I felt so anxious on my way , I decided that I'll skip class and go for a walk instead and it really paid off.
I walked for almost 2 hours listening to let go and don't leave by BTS and Spring blues by MAMAMOO. It really helped.

Anyways, then I came home and made some ramen and watched reply 1988.
We had pizza for dinner today because my little sister wanted it.
I wrote some in my new chapter and I also developed an idea of how I want the plot to go.
I kind of meditated and talked to myself a lot for almost an hour.

So, a final summary:
- ☑️ Write something.
- ☑️ Exercise.
- ☑️ Pray and read Quran.
- ☑️ Be kind.

But my body still aches all over because of yesterday's workout, specially my abs.
