Phoenix's POV:

I looked around as I parked the warship over the Parthenon along with the other warships and the Argo 2. I lowered the Rope ladder for everyone before I jumped down and landed with a roll near the hunter's base camp. I stood up and walked over to Heather who was with Zoe and Amber when I felt the ground beneath me shake tremendously. I stumbled slightly but the quake ended as soon as it started. I looked at Heather who was just as confused as I was.

"I have a feeling that we will be fighting soon..." Star said as she appeared next to me and I nodded

"Gaea is starting to rise" I said but the quake felt strange and it only lasted for a moment, Gaea would have caused it to last longer 'I wonder what was the actual cause of that quake...' I thought as the others appeared and I saw Zain off to the side with a contemplative look in his eyes

Percy's POV:

My arms screamed, my forehead was beaded with sweat, and I was starving but I continued to push forward as I drove my daggers into the rock and pulled myself up. Midguardsormr was still curled around my neck when he shifted and looked up.

'Just a bit more, we're almost there' He said in his ancient voice and I rolled my eyes

"You said that two days ago" I commented as I reached up with my right dagger and hit open air causing me to stumble and almost lose my grip "Never mind!" I said as I steadied myself and reached up again and drove my dagger into the floor and pulled myself up

As I pulled myself onto the floor, I scrambled away from the edge before rolling onto my back and looked up.

"I need to rest..." I stated and Midguard got onto my chest and looked at me

'No time for rest, we need to get to the surface world' He said and I shook my head

"Too tired to move on, just a few hours..." I complained and Midguard growled

'What about your charge? I am not blind to the fact that you are a guardian, so who is your charge? And if you don't remember there is a war going on, your charge is in danger'

"She can take care of herself for an hour" I said as my eyes started to close and he slapped me with his tail and my eyes snapped open

'Stay awake, try to get out of the underworld before you take a rest, because we aren't out of trouble yet' He said and I nodded as I turned over and forced myself up and stumbled forward 'Have I commented on how amazing your armor is?'

"Several times" I said dryly as I summoned my spear and used it as a walking stick

'Oh, have I commented on how you have access to another sword?' He said and my head snapped towards him

"No... how do you know?" I asked and he chuckled

'A set of armor with a shield should always come with a sword' He said 'Summon your shield and grab the air around the top' he instructed and I put my spear away on my belt as a can of mace before tapping my wrist and summoning my shield and grabbed at the air around the top and was surprised when I felt the hilt of a sword

I pulled the sword out and was astonished at the sight of the Aieon blade. I swung it a few times and smiled as it was perfectly balanced. I sheathed the blade back into the shield and chuckled when the blade disappeared as I willed my shield away.

"And I get another weapon!" I say gleefully as I keep walking

After a few minutes, I saw a large line of undead spirits and laughed in joy. I started running over and I nearly cried when I saw Cerberus leap from his post and land in front of me and start licking me.
