"Excuse me?! You were the one who smacked into me!" I snap whirling around to see this jerk

Holy fuck.. He's hot. Damn...

"Well you're the dumbass that walks out of a door backwards!" He glares

"Did you... did you just call me a dumbass?!"

"Yeah because you are one."

"Okay, jackass! Just leave me alone, and stay away from me." I puff out and head home

"Wow, that's it? You're just gonna let me talk to you that way? You really are a dumbass!" The dude chuckles

It was my last straw, so I exhaled really deeply and swung my hand out, and punched him in the jaw. Safe to say we both were just as shocked as the other... I've never hit anyone before!

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! Are you okay??!" I shriek and run up to him

"Let me get this straight... You punched me and then apologize?"

"Yeah I know.. I'm sorry! I'm not a violent person. I don't even know what came over me!" I hide behind m hands

"Hey, it's okay! You had every right to hit me... Are you okay?" He smiles

"Yeah, I'm probably gonna have a bruised hand for a while." I laugh to myself

"Jerome."

"Hm?" I looked at him like he has 3 heads haha

"I'm Jerome, and you are?" He smirked

"Oh! Hah my bad! I'm Marlo." I smiled

"Nice to meet you, Marlo."

"You too... well, uh, bye!"

"Where ya goin?" Jerome yelled after me

"Home...?" I asked like a question

Why is he is he so interested in where I'm going, or what I'm doing? Weird.

"Well let me walk ya home, in case you happen to hit some other dude with your door... but this time you won't get some handsome knight in shining armor." He smirked

"Okay... you're crazy." I chuckled but continued my walk

"I am NOT crazy!" He growled

Did this man really just growl at me? What the fuck?

"Okay." I picked up my pace

"See ya tomorrow, Marlo." Jerome shouted

No he wont, but I'm not gonna get into that with him. So I just waved my hand and continued on my way home. My house wasn't very far so I made it home in under 10 minutes. I was so excited to finally start college again since my first year in college... well lets just say I wasn't very out there. But this year should be different, and finally was able to find a roommate that isn't going to try and attack me in my sleep... so I was on my high horse for once. Plus, I just met someone! Not that he's the best but it's still someone willing to talk to me.
