Letter 25

Dear Yoongi,

You still weren't talking to me and my solution to that was to walk up behind you and pin you against a locker. You seemed scared at first until you realized it was me.

Then you were terrified. All I could do was watch as you slowly broke down in front of me. I shook my head and softly brought our hands down between us, rather than them being pinned above you.

I started massaging them as you placed them on my shirt and scrunched it up in your tiny hands. You continued to cry but I wasn't going to allow you to be sad. So I leaned in and began leaving small kisses on your cheeks.

"Don't worry, babe. I'm here for you." With those words you leaned your head against my shoulder and I wrapped my arms around you to protect you.

"I will always be here." I whispered to you in hopes it would calm you down. The sound of your cries and the wetness of your tears made my eyes watery as well. But I have to be strong for you. So I blinked them away and kissed the top of your head again.
