August 1

            As I went back in reality, I quickly dialled Sung's number.

“Chunmi? What's up? Is there something wrong with my plan?” Sung asked from the other line

“A-Ah, Sung.. I just wanted to ask if you're with Tae right now.”

“Huh? Why? Tae left a couple of minutes ago; he looked like he was in a rush”

My heart grew heavy, did he possibly knew? I shook my head.

“C-Can I have his phone number or his e-mail address perhaps?

“Uhh, yeah.. sure. I'll send it to you later”

“I need it now. Please” my voice went to a demanding tone to a pleading one.

“A-Ah, okay. But, what's the rush?” he asked.

“No, no.. There's no rush at all..”

“Hnn.. okay. I'll send it now, talk to you later”

“Thanks” I said, then we ended the call.

I hurriedly dialed Tae's number as soon as I received it. But as expected, he didn't answer my call.

August 3

             We continued our plan to go to Star Park, I decided to replay what happened in our first moment here.. but without the dying part. At 8:30 am, I arrived and waited at the pagoda.

As I did before, I leaned at the pillar and rested. But I felt something was different.. and I couldn't sleep soundly at all.

“Chunmi?” I heard Sung's voice as I felt him sit beside me. I didn't bulge. I heard him giggle.

“Ya Chun Mi” he called my name as he poked my cheek, I still didn't move. He sighed.

“I wanted to ask you something, you know?” he said softly, “But I'm not sure if I should”

“From the very first time I saw you, I knew something was different” he chuckled

“Ya, I look stupid right now.. wake up already” he tapped my shoulder lightly. I couldn't bring myself to stop acting.

“Aren't you having a hard time leaning at that pillar?” he asked, and then he suddenly pulled me to him.

He made my head lean on his shoulder.. “There” he sounded relieved.

“I can't believe this” he said, sounded disappointed. “I thought I'd never get to meet you again”

He paused, “But I guess you don't remember huh?” I grew confused at what he was talking about.. did he tell all these things before? I still didn't move, I continued to act asleep as I waited for him to continue. But moments passed, he still stayed silent and I was falling asleep for real.

“Is this alright? Yoon Chun Mi.. answer me” he whispered, trying to hide the question.

I didn't know how to respond. He once again stayed silent.. and I really fell asleep.

            I felt my body lie down, then he suddenly started to sing. It was the song that he had a duet with Park Kyung, 'Pink Shell'

'Once you said, “Jogeuphage dallil surok, jungyohan geol nochil ppunya” (The more you rush ahead, you will lose the important things)

But how can I not rush? If I'm afraid someone might steal you?
