Up all night

It's currently 1:14 AM. You were slightly shifting on the bed trying to put yourself in a comfortable position.

All of a sudden you heard crying which made your eyes go wide.

Y/N: Ughhhh!

You couldn't do this by yourself so you woke up Jace.

Y/N: Jace?
No response.
Y/N: Jace?
You started shaking him.
He still wasn't waking up.
Y/N: Jace?!?
He was in a deep sleep.
Y/N: Sheesh.

Then, you moved his head and saw he was sleeping peacefully. You reached down to his face and kissed him.

Y/N: Jace?

Then he finally woke up.

Jace: *Groans* What?
Then he hears the crying.
Jace: Oh no.
Y/N: Can you help me?
Jace: Uh huh yeah sure.

You both got up and went to the room next to yours.

You walked over to the crib and picked up Henry while Jace got London.

Y/N: Shhhh it's okay. Stop crying baby.

You say bouncing him in your arms while Jace did the same.

A couple minutes later they both slowly fell asleep.
You and Jace slowly set them down back in the crib.

Jace: Better hurry back before they wake up again.

You felt sleepy and dizzy.

Y/N: Yeah uh huh yeah sure lets do thaaa-
You lost your balance and started to slowly fall. But Jace caught you in time.

Jace: Woah woah it's okay I got you, come on.

You were so sleepy you that you fell asleep and couldn't even stand on your two feet.

Jace: Okay alright I got you come on, let's go.

Jace lifted you up and carried you bridal style to your room and layed you down on the bed. He kissed your forehead and went back on the bed next to you.

3:37 AM.

*Crying*
Immediately you and Jace woke up.

You and Jace both clapped your hands and the lights went on.

You both turned your heads to be facing each other staring at the other  wide eyed.

Y/N and Jace: UGHHHH!!!

Y/N: We're gonna have to get used to this really soon.
Jace: Pshh no kidding.

He says groggily getting out of bed and walking out the door with you following close behind him.

Couple minutes later they finally fell asleep and you both slowly exited the room.

Y/N: Please let this be the last time.
Jace: Don't say that, you'll jinx it.
Y/N: At least I'm hoping for the best.
Jace: Yeah, the best that's gonna turn into the worst and is gonna be jinxed and will do the opposite.
Y/N: Ughh. Jace please it's 3:42 and I'm just trying to make something good happen.
Jace: But baby, sometimes when you want something good to happen it turns out bad.
Y/N: Yeah, sometimes!
Jace: Bleh, whatever.
Y/N: Fine then, I hope they do wake up.
Jace: Y/N, what the he-

He stops and inhales then exhales calmly.
Jace: You know what never mind just let it slide, okay? Great let's just go to sleep.
Y/N: Before what?
