Marriage was such an amazing feeling. Knowing that there was so many girls and guys in the world who would love to be in the position I was, I have to admit, was a pretty awesome feeling. I mean I was married to TJ Perkins!
It was Codi's first ever birthday, so of course TJ and I wanted to spoil her like crazy. We tried our hardest to be down-to-earth parents for her, but it was her first ever birthday, so she needed to be spoilt!
As the day came to a halt, and Codi finally got to bed, after falling asleep on Teej's lap, it was finally time for quality time. It was rare that we had quality time now, our lives were based on travelling and Codi. With my head on his chest, we were intertwined on the couch, hiding under a thick, white duvet.
"Mmm, I love moments like these." He smiled as he kissed my forehead. His thumb was stroking my shoulder. "You mean moments when we probably need to sleep but end up cuddling?" "That's the one." In my head, I never wanted this moment to end, but I knew that I had to tell him what was going on. "Oh, well, maybe I shouldn't tell you that I'm pregnant again."
