The Maiden of Suzaku, Miaka, was stressed from an unusual life. She was so depressed. The Emperor wanted to help send Miaka back to her world. But, no one at court had the knowledge to do that. The Emperor made a decision to take Miaka to Mount Taikyoku to see Taiitsukun, who oversees the world. In the mountains, on the way to their destination, Miaka strayed from the Emperor and stepped into a strange world. There, she found another Miaka.

Miaka's reflection: What a gluttonous girl.

Miaka's reflection: I'm so ashamed of myself.

Miaka: Who are you?

Miaka's reflection: Me? I'm you.

Miaka's reflection: Your reflection.

Miaka: I'm you? I'm me.

Tamahome: Miaka!
