I continue to sip my drink while Harry and I enjoy being in each other's company. It's not everyday that we can be together as a couple in public, and I'm absolutely relishing in every moment. I love these times, where we can just appreciate being in one another's company, and despite the amount of people here, it still feels as though we're the only two people in the room. He just has that effect on me. Something makes me look up, and when I do, I spot two familiar faces headed in our direction. Scarlett just about bowls me over as she hugs me.

"Ava!" she greets, planting multiple kisses over my face, while I giggle and try to push her off me. Harry greets Marnie warmly, and grins, seeing me writhing away from Scarlett's affectionate and overdramatic greeting. I was actually quite taken aback and surprised at her reaction, as I thought it would have been Harry on the other end of her kisses, instead of myself, and I love her even more for just being herself.

"Should we give you two a minute?" Harry jokingly interrupts, and Scarlett finally pulls away.

"Sorry, it's just that I haven't seen my beautiful Ava in days," she explains. "I think I have you to blame for that!" she jovially points out.

"Sorry I've stolen her from you," he jokes. "I'm Harry," he introduces and goes to give her a kiss on the cheek. It's simple acts like these that make me adore Harry even more than I already do. The pure fact that he introduces himself, when just about everybody in the world knows who he is, touches my heart.

Scarlett seems to think along the same lines.

"I'm sorry, what did you say your name was? I didn't catch that?" she says playfully, causing us all to laugh. He smiles, while self-consciously shaking his head, running his fingers through his hair. She turns to me and tries her best to sound serious. "Did he say his name was Gary? Am I pronouncing it right?"

"Alright, alright," he says while raising his hands in the air, "I guess I walked into that one."

"Sorry, forgive me for my teasing. I just couldn't help myself," she admits.

We move over to a larger booth as our group has almost doubled in size, and a bottle of expensive champagne soon follows. Harry takes charge, popping the cork, and pours each of us a glass. Marnie takes the glass cautiously, and I wave my hand in the air, telling her to go for it. She turns 18 in a few months, and what's a few months in the grand scheme of things?

"Don't worry, I won't tell Mum," I wink. Telling on her would be slightly hypocritical on my part, seeing as I was drinking at her age too. I'll just be mindful to keep an eye on her. Scarlett takes the time to quickly mutter so only I can hear.

"You failed to mention that this was Calum Hood's birthday," she says through clenched teeth. I shrug. Up until today, I had no idea who Calum Hood was, or who the rest of the band were, for that matter.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how well Harry and Scarlett are getting on. They're both talking animatedly about something or other, and I take this time to speak properly to Marnie, as I haven't seen her as much as I would have liked over the past week.

"How's everything?" she asks, taking a sip of the bubbly liquid.

"So... perfect," I sigh.

"Ugh, you're making me sick," she laughs, taking a sip of her champagne.

"I know. I'm even making myself sick," I admit. "I need to go bathroom though, did you want to come with?" I invite her, and she nods, following me.
