"Sa test na ginawa namin sa anak niyo ay may masamang balita ako." napaiyak na ako sa sinabi ng doktor.

"Mahina ang puso ng anak niyo." napahawak ako sa dobdib ko at umiyak na ng umiyak.

"Dok, anong ibig ninyong sabihin?" tanong ni Cavill.

"We performed Cardiac Screening to your daughter and lumabas na may heart condition ang bata." I am out of words hearing those words from the doctor. Ang bata pa ng anak ko.

How come she have a heart condition? Noon si Ryko, ngayon naman si Ashleigh.

"Ano po bang dapat gawin sa baby namin? I can pay any amount just to make her healthy again." sabi ni Cavill. He is crying to right now and that makes me cry even more.

"Sa ngayon wala pa tayong magagawa dahil sa masyado pa siyang bata, for now the best thing we should do is huwag siyang mapagod ng sobra, it will trigger her heart." we continue to listen what the doctor says.

After a few days ay pinalabas na rin si Ashleigh and sakto naman na malapit na ang birthday ng kambal.

I was here in the garden sipping coffee while thinking about our situation right now.

"Wag mo nang masyadong inii-stress ang sarili mo, everything will going to be okay." then Cavill sat beside me and hold my hand.

"You kbow we should think of the upcoming birthday of the twins." ngumiti ako sa kanya at nagsimula na kaming pag usapan ang tungkol doon.

Then we decided to eat lunch with our friends para get together na rin. Dahil naging busy kami sa kanya kanyang buhay namin.

Chase and Krystal just recently get a house here in our subdivision. They are just a few block away kaya madali lang nakapunta dito kasama si Sab.

Then Jade and Adrian arrived together then we started eating lunch. Madami kaming napag usapan, siyempre puro good vibes lang dapat.

Birthday na ng kambal ngayon. We invited the teachers and classmates of Ryko para maraming mga bata. Costume themed party ito kaya nagsuot kami ng Royal Family Costume.

Nakasuot ako ng costume ng isang reyna and King naman si Cavill and siyempre prince and princess naman si Zayden, Ashleigh and specially si Ryko.

Malaki na talaga ang panganay namin 6 years old na siya, nabalitaan ko nga may crush na yang batang yan, well courtesy of Sabrina siyempre magka school na kasi sila.

"Okay to start the party, may i call Mr. Cavill Dominguez for a very special announcement." si Jade ang nag volunteer na mag emcee.

Naglakad naman papunta sa stage si Cavill. Nagpalakpakan naman ang lahat.

"Okay good morning everyone, thank you all  for coming to my twins birthday party. And now I would like to call on the stage Ryko my eldest son, and Zayden and Ashleigh."  hindi man lang ako sinali.

"Hi everyone I'm Ryko Arkile Dominguez and i would like to inform to all of you that this day is one of my very special days in my life."

Napakatalino talaga ni Ryko, nagugulat na nga ako sa lumalabas sa bibig niya dahil parang hindi na siya bata kung magsalita at mag isip.

Naglabas siya ng isang papel galing sa bulsa niya.

"For me, Xhiana Zalean Ramirez is an amazing mother to me—to us. Kaya niyang gawin ang lahat para sa amin. And ngayong gabi, panahon naman namin na pasayahin siya kahit sa maliit na paraan lang ." napatakip ako ng bibig ko. I was so shock because i didn't expect this. Naiyak naman ako.

Nag play sila ng minus one at humawak naman si Cavill ng microphone. Tumutulo na ang mga luha ako at hindi ko na mapagilan.

Our kids just stand right next to him and just smiling. Supporting there Papa.

Tumikhim pa si Cavill bago magsimula.

You also changed my whole world mula sa isang spoiled brat and a rebel daughter. You made me a better version of myself. Lalo na ng dumating sa akin ang mga anan natin. It made be became a responsible and loving mother. You and our children change me.

I didn't know that Cavill can sing beautifully. He have a beautiful voice. Ngayon ko lang narinig na kumanta siya.

I what made me so kilig is when our kids sang the second voices of the song. Ang cute nila sobra.

Kung papabalikin man ako sa nakaraan. I wouldn't change what I did.

Because what I did in the past makes me the strongest person I am right now.

Every scars, heart aches, hardships and struggles in life is worth it, if these are the life i am going to live in.

Cavill look at me while singing. I smiled to him.

I mouthed "I love you." to him and he said I love you too.
