Singers. Yes, I am talking to you!!!

Tea is your new bestie, okay? Okay.

After you have been singing for a long time, strained your voice, or are just about to go preform... tea is a good option!

What I drink and what a lot of Broadway stars recommend are ginger teas, honey as your sweetener (instead of sugar, it's healthier and honey is awesome for your throat!) or any kind of "Throat Coat" tea. It relaxes your throat and almost steams your vocal cords.

But there are other ways to heal a sore singing throat! Such as gurgling salt water! You take a glass and poor some table salt into it, then fill it about half way or so with warmish water. Then, gurgle it! It is not a pleasant experience, but you will feel results soon after!!

Aaaand there is of course steaming your voice! I have never done it, but once you make it to Broadway or any high class performance- you should do it. I am defiantly thinking about getting a steamer!

Hope this was helpful!
