In 2050, in an alternative universe, an alien nation called the New Cluster Republic is an interdimensional civilization the New Cluster Republic (NCR) was an empire disguised as a Republic. Over a trillion civilians, mixed species, countless planets across the multiverse, countless allies, over a trillion troops, workers, weapons, and advanced technology, all under the service of four girls' dream (Queen Vega, Jenny xj9, General Misty, and Melody). But on the first of June, a gate suddenly appeared in DC on Capital Earth (the capital planet of the New Cluster Republic), and the Sadern Army attacked the city. The interdimensional republic experienced an invasion for the very first time since the Cluster-Mana war. Once the US and the NCR military immediately mobilized, the Battle of DC became a massacre. Even though the Sadern Empire isn't much of a threat, an illegal portal in the heart of the interdimensional republic and a hostile empire on the other side of the gate won't go unpunished. Thus, the New Cluster Republic fought there. But the Cold War against Gamindustri and more gates in the Special Region.

Ein mysteriöser Blitz erscheint am Himmel. Wenige Augenblicke später ist die Welt nicht mehr dieselbe. Dunkle Wolken bedecken die Erde, und ein seltsames Gewitter beginnt. Blitze treffen Menschen einen nach dem anderen und lassen sie verbrannt, bewusstlos und von einer unbekannten Kraft verändert zurück. „Doom Daw Alshams" sollte wie alle anderen fallen. Doch als der Blitz ihn trifft, kämpft er zurück... und überlebt. Während Monster erscheinen, seltsame Kräfte erwachen und die Zivilisation zu zerbrechen beginnt, muss „Doom" stärker werden, um das zu schützen, was von seiner Familie übrig geblieben ist, und die Wahrheit hinter dem Blitz aufzudecken, der alles verändert hat. Der Blitz war nur der Anfang.
