He promotes LEE:

Makes him second-in-command:

They all just stared in front of them before they fell out of their chairs laughing.
HAMILTON:

HAMILTON/LAURENS/LAFAYETTE:

Jefferson began laughing quietly to himself.

HAMILTON:

LAURENS:
A thousand soldiers die in a hundred degree heat
