Skies are crying, I am watching. Catching tear drops in my hands.

Seto couldn't help but sigh as he walked down the streets. The sky's tears washing down his face. A small cloud of his purple magic extended from his hand, collecting a puddle of the raindrops.

Only silence as it's ending, Like we never had a chance.

The city streets were now silenced, most the citizens having rushed home to avoid the rain. But not Seto. Seto had rushed away from his home just as the storm began. It was almost as if the sky itself felt his pain.

Do you have to make me feel like There's nothing left of me?

He felt empty. It hadn't been a shock to him, he'd been expecting it for a while now. He honestly wasn't surprised it hurt so little. He was surprised by the fact it had hurt at all.

You can take everything I have. You can break everything I am. Like I'm made of glass; Like I'm made of paper.

He had left behind all his possessions. His potions, his books, his notes, his heart. He didn't expect to see any of it intact if he ever returned. He wasn't stupid. He knew the other had meant to break his everything. He was expecting it.

Go on and try to tear me down. I will be rising from the ground. Like a skyscraper. Like a skyscraper.

Seto let the purple magic spill the collected rain onto the ground. He extended the magic into a hand, dragging it along the wall. He was so stupid for letting it drag along for this long. The other never really loved him. The magic dissipated back into a mist, and it began to wrap around his legs. He looked up at the tall skyscrapers of the city, and up he went.

As the smoke clears, I awaken And untangle you from me.

Just this morning, he had been pulling himself from a tangled mess of bedsheets. The familiar blond hair lay next to him, and it honestly made him sick. He still couldn't believe he had fallen for the lies. Again.

Would it make you feel better To watch me while I bleed?

He felt his heart bleeding out every time he heard of his "lover's" nightly galavanting. He wasn't stupid, he knew all about them. But the blond he shared his bed with, he thought he was completely oblivious. How Seto kept up the act this long was beyond him.

All my windows still are broken, But I'm standing on my feet.

In his rage, he had throw a ball of magic at the wall. The wall rippled as if it was only paper, the window in the wall shattering violently. That had been what awoke the blond that morning, confusion and terror on his face.

You can take everything I have. You can break everything I am. Like I'm made of glass; Like I'm made of paper.

Seto had run out after his episode, finding himself amidst the dreary streets. He still didn't understand why he lashed out like that. He knew it wouldn't stop. He knew the other would keep cheating, always coming home as if nothing was wrong. He felt broken, used. But he wasn't about to give in.

Go on and try to tear me down. I will be rising from the ground. Like a skyscraper. Like a skyscraper.

Within a minutes time, Seto found himself halfway up the height of the skyscraper. All the windows in his wake were shattered, screams of the building's occupants filling his ears. But he didn't care. It wasn't his problem right now.

Go run, run, run. I'm gonna stay right here, Watch you disappear. Yeah, oh.

Down below, Seto could see a familiar face. The same mess of blond hair atop his head. He could practically hear him yelling now. "What are you doing Seto? Get down from there!" He could hear the way his Australian accent would slur the words. He could hear the almost anger in his voice.

Go run, run, run. Yeah, it's a long way down, But I am closer to the clouds up here.

But at that moment, Seto couldn't case less what the blond below had to say. He was at the top of the skyscraper now, his head soaked as he entered the storming clouds. Everyone else ha run away, but Seto could almost swear he still saw that one blond below him.

You can take everything I have. You can break everything I am. Like I'm made of glass; Like I'm made of paper.

Seto knew what he had to do the second he began his ascend. Now at the top, the idea made him feel something inside. The idea made him happy. He knew it was the last thing he had to do. He needed to get away from it all.

Go on and try to tear me down. I will be rising from the ground. Like a skyscraper. Like a skyscraper.

He knew he could save himself before the ground, leaving a fake in his place. And he knew no one would question the puff of smoke that would explode before he hit the ground. He was one of few sorcerers in the city, and he knew that none of the others would rat out his faked death.

Like a skyscraper.

Seto finally let his toes hang over the edge, rocking his body forward off the rooftop. He could almost hear the panicked voices below him. He could almost see Brice's concerned expression staring up at him. Seto loved the rush of stormy air twisting around his falling body. He felt as if he was one with the rain.

Like a skyscraper.

"Goodbye Brice. I'm sure you'll be fine without me." And a large puff of purple smoke consumed Seto's  body right before it could smack against the ground.
