Someone gave me the idea and i didn't really know where I was going but I think it's pretty cute! I'm trying to get caught up!
Jay I just don't know what to get him." I complained on the phone to my boyfriend. I was struggling to buy my sons Christmas presents this year because I have absolutely no idea what kind of things little boys like. He doesn't ever tell me what he wants either. But he kind of can't considering he's only 11 months.
Having a son who didn't have his biological father around wasn't a choice I would have made on my own. My past relationship was very forceful and made me do things I didn't want to do. The only good thing I got out of it was my little boy. Justin has always been my best friend but finally after he helped me get out of my horrible relationship, we made our love official. He has stepped up and been a great daddy to my sweet little guy. I couldn't be more thankful.
"Babe, why don't you just calm down and come over here. We can take him to my mom and I'll go shopping with you and help you." His soothing voice spoke over the phone.
"Okay. Thanks jay. I love you." I spoke sweetly to the man on the other end that I praise so highly.
"I love you more princess."
I got my little one changed into some warm clothes and drive to Justin's. He instantly wrapped his muscled arms around me. I breathed in his cologne sighing and hugging him back tightly.
"Jay I can't believe this is already our second Christmas as a couple." I stayed hugging him.
"Me either babydoll." He kissed the top of my head.
"Hi little guy!! How's my favorite little boy doing today huh? Aw let's go to grandmas!" He kissed my little boys head making him giggle.
Justin got his keys and put my son in the car while I climbed in as well. He drove us to patties where she very excitedly agreed to babysitting for a couple hours.

"How about this, since you're clearly panicking, you go and get a pedicure and I'll shop and find some things. Then afterwards, I'll show you and it'll give you an idea and then you can pick out some stuff, okay baby?" Justin suggested melting my heart.
"What did I do to deserve you?" I asked blushing like a tomato.
"Baby girl, you deserve the whole world. You've been through enough. This is the least I can do. Now go on and get your nails all pretty. I love you." He kissed my lips gently.
"I love you more. Thank you."

The next morning was Christmas Eve. Justin and I stayed up until 3am wrapping presents for everyone last night. Pattie ended up keeping my little guy all night.
"This is going to be such a good 1st Christmas. I honestly don't know what I would have done without you Jay." I said honestly as we cooked breakfast and waited on Pattie to come over with y/s/n.
"I'll always be here. That's what I'm for babe." I hugged him getting tears in my eyes. "I actually have one early present for you." He smiled.
"Yeah?" I smiled at his cute face. He nodded his head and reached in the pocket of his sweats. Then, slowly, he lowered himself down on one knee (insert lovey speech blah blah blah will you marry me)
I nodded my head tears already drilling down my cheeks. I hugged him tightly as he slid the ring on my finger.
"Merry Christmas princess." He whispered softly wiping my tears.
"This is the best Christmas ever! I love you so much!" I kissed his pink lips.
"I love you more baby girl."
