"OUCH!" I squealed out as I ripped my
ankle out from underneath my body. I felt tears in my eyes as soon as I actually looked down at my foot. I looked up at Justin who had rushed to my crumpled body.

"Y/n I need you to look at me. Where does it hurt?" I looked up at him. More tears ran down my cheeks. "Babygirl it's okay. Show me where it hurts." he wiped the years off of my cheeks.

"R-right here." I pointed to my ankle.

"Im gonna pick you up okay? We're gonna go to the hospital. Come on." he slipped his arms under my body before picking me up bridal style. I leaned my head into his shoulder and let out a sob.

"It hurts Jay." I sobbed out.

"I know babygirl. It's gonna be okay. Don't cry." he opened the door to his Range Rover and sat me inside gently before buckling my seat belt. He kissed my temple and shut my door. More tears ran down my cheek as I looked down at my now purple ankle.

"Justin-" I sobbed and latched onto his wrist.

"I know I know. We're going. I'm driving as fast as I can." He placed his hand on my knee.

After about 15 minutes of driving, my tears had subsided and we were at the hospital. Justin parked in the Emergency room parking lot and turned off the car. He came to my door and picked me up and started the walk towards the doors. He walked in and sat me in a wheelchair and we went to the check in desk. He got me all checked in and we went to the waiting room.

"You okay baby?" he asked looking at my tear stained face.

"Y-yeah." I breathed out. I glanced at my ankle. It was blue, black, and purple all over and very swollen. I hissed in pain when I accidentally moved it.

"Y/n Y/L/n" Justin stood up and pushed me towards the nurse. She took me back to a room and Justin helped me move into the bed. "I'm just gonna take your temperature and your blood pressure and the doctor should be in." the nurse smiled at me.

"Okay." I smiled back weakly and she got my vitals before leaving. Justin came and sat down on the bed beside me. I leaned into his side.

"How did you do this baby?" he asked looking down at me.

"I don't know. I've never gotten hurt doing a back handspring before Jay." I whimpered wrapping my arms around his muscular body.

"I know. It's gonna be okay. Tumbling isn't over for you baby." he kissed my forehead.

"I hope not." I sighed.

"Knock knock." the man in assuming is my doctor peaked his head through the door.

"Hi." me and Justin said at the same time.

"So what are we here for tonight?" he asked raising an eyebrow.

"My ankle." I said quietly.

"Alright let's take a look sweetheart." he put some sanitizer on his hands and walked over to the bed. He glanced down at my ankle and I winced when his cold hands touched the large purple bruise. "Can you explain to me what happened?" he asked examining the other side of my foot.

"Uhm I was tumbling in my backyard and I'm not sure what I did wrong but I landed on top of it and it just kind of crumpled underneath me. It bruised and swelled almost immediately." I explained hissing in pain as he attempted to turn my foot.

"Alright well I definitely want to get to back to X-rays so we can check for fractures. I'm thinking it may be a break. We won't know the extent of the injury until we see it so I'll put in an order for them and my X-ray tech should be back to get you soon." he smiled and I nodded my head.

"Thank you."I smiled and watched him wall out of the room.

After I had gotten my X-rays we were in the room waiting for the doctor to come back and put a splint on my ankle. The break wasn't bad enough for surgery but I had to go back for a cast after the swelling went down.

"Alright sweetheart. Ready?" the doctor came back in. I looked at Justin with fear in my eyes.

"She's ready." Justin nodded at the doctor and stood up standing in front of me to the opposite side of my bad ankle so that the doctor could get to it. "It's okay." Justin said softly, grabbing my hand with his larger one.

"Alright. I've got to realign the bones okay? You're gonna feel some pressure and then I'll put the splint on. Alright?" he said as I squeezed Justins hand.

"O-okay." I hissed when I felt him begin to move my ankle. "Ow oh god-" I leaned my head into Justins chest squeezing his hand.

"Hey it's alright. He's almost done baby." Justin said softly into my ear.

"It hurts Jay. Ouchhhh" I yelped laying my cheek to his chest.

"All done. We can finish putting on the splint now." I heard the doctor say. I didn't pull my head off of Justin's chest.

"Okay..." I whispered wiping my tears away.

"You're doing so good baby. We're almost done." he I felt Justins chest vibrate with his raspy voice. I whimpered and pulled my head off of his chest.

"All done!" the doctor said standing up and taking his gloves off. "You were a trooper my dear!" he smiled reaching out to shake my hand.

"Thank you so much." I smiled weakly at him.

"You are very welcome. It was nice to meet you both! But I hope I don't have to see you ever again." he chuckled.

"We hope so too! Thank you so much. It was a pleasure to meet you sir." Justin said politely shaking the doctors hand. The doctor stepped out of the room and grabbed a set of crutches and handed them to Justin.

"Here you are! You're all set to go!" he smiled at us before leaving the room. Justin helped me get the crutches to my height and helping me get out the door. After we finally reached the car, he helped me in and put my crutches in the backseat before actually getting in himself.

"Thanks baby." I smiled grabbing his soft hand.

"For what?" he asked raising his eyebrow.

"For being the best boyfriend ever. I don't know what I would have done without you tonight. I love you so much." I leaned over pecking his cheek.

"I love you more. I'm always gonna be here for you when things don't go quite right. It's my job." he whispered and pressed his lips to mine in a sweet kiss.
