I was laying in my bed, covered with blankets and my head hidden underneath the big fluffy pillow. I am crying my eyeballs out. I sobbed till I choked. Tim sat beside be trying to comfort me but even him didn't know what to do. He felt bad for me, that I said goodbye to my longest friend for him. The love of my life.

'Angel talk to me, what can I do to make you feel better' he begged while holding my hand. 'I'm sorry, I love you for wanting to help me but I just need to accept that I really l-lost her' I said still sobbing. 'Please angel, I can't deal with you crying' he said. I nodded and crawled in his arms. He felt powerless, didn't know what to do with me. But that was just the thing, he couldn't do anything right now but to support and comfort me.

'Alright angel, I don't think you are up for cooking tonight. What about we order sushi and enjoy a good glass of water alright?' he asked me knowing I didn't drink. He still remembered. 'If you want wine with your sushi that is alright' I whispered not able to talk louder by all the crying. 'I am with you' he said and kissed my temple. 'Love your phone won't stop buzzing' he said. 'Oh' and I picked up the phone. 'It's Marcel' I said.

'You pick up, I can't talk to him right now' I said and pushed the phone in his hands. 'Hello?' he said. 'This is Timothy, the boyfriend' he said plain simple. Like it was de most common thing he ever said to anyone. 'I understand but Tessa barged in, and Alex told her real understanding that she is spending her Christmas with me her family and Tessa totally lost it. Now my girlfriend is crying her eyeballs out because her best friend didn't accept the fact that she is happy again. That she has someone that loves her to the moon and back, you understand my position right?' Tim said like the real business man he is, like he is making a business deal with Marcel. 'I understand but I don't think it is a wise decision to come over, my girlfriend is a mess and we need to give both of the girls some time to think this over' he said. 'You can call Alex, and we will sort this out and yes I want things good between them but they have to work on it. Both of them, and if Tessa can't be happy for Alex. It stops right there' he said. 'Alright, goodbye' he said and gave me my phone back. 'I won you some time. Don't worry princess I got your back' he said and kissed my temple. 'Can you lay with me?' I asked he nodded and I crawled in his protective arms. The arms that would carry my everywhere. The arms that would protect me from the bad, and mean world.

'Where is the bloody wine' I cursed, and searched the kitchen for the red wine my mother liked. I don't know if they come, or if she will come but if she does she can't comment on my wine. Right? I am hysterical I know that but I can't help it. This dinner has to be perfect. 'Tim have you seen my wine' I yelled from the kitchen. 'Love I have it right here' he said from behind me. 'Damn you, I thought you were in the dining room' I said.

'Alright, calm down for a second alright' he said and grabbed my hands in his. 'Everything will be fine, you bought the most delicious ingredients, you cooked the most lovely dinner and you designed the table like it's from a picture so don't you worry princess everything will be fine' he said. 'But what if my mother isn't coming, or she is going to ruin everything?' I said still worrying. 'Angel stop, it doesn't matter tonight will be perfect a great Christmas with family just enjoy alright' he said and kissed the top of my head. Yes I need to relax for a minute, oh no wait the turkey. I walked to the over, thank god just in time.

I lit the candles on the long table, I put drinks in everyone's glasses and some napkins next to their plates. Alright, I just need to make some salad and desert and then i'll be ready. Or at least as far as I can be.

I just began to cut the cucumber when I heard voices in the living room. 'Who is that?' I whispered to myself because no one could hear. When I walked in I saw Tim's family. Shoot, why are they already here? 'You guys are early' I squeaked. 'Yes dear, we didn't want to miss anything' she said and gave me a hug. 'Honey you look exhausted what is wrong? Did you get enough sleep?' she asked.
