Snily Praise and my Stand on it pt. 1

I think that Snape and lily did love each other and that could have grown to be something more. But it was more than platonic and it was less than true love. Lily truly loved Snape but not the way he loved her. Sort of like clary and Simon in TMI. Simon had feelings for Clary but clary thought of Simon as a brotherly figure and someone to lean on. I believe that without James that Snape and lily could have learned to love each other but it would take time and it would be really authentic. I believe that in some- a lot of way that James and Snape were very similar. Both were willing to sacrifice themselves for lily and both did. I need the cursed child to realize that while some people only needed to the last two books. Snape was good and brave person and I think there was no one else Harry could have names his child after, but Dumbledores another story.I also believe this is why Snape and lily have the same patronus because there souls are Alined but not in a euros love in a brotherly/twin flame kind of way. James still loved lily and vice verca but Snapes and Lily's live was stronger and yet totally different at the same time.
