Did anyone thing that maybe technology doesn't work at Hogwarts because it's literally in the middle of nowhere in Scotland and no ones ever called the cable guy. Like I don't know anything about hotspots but I wouldn't put it past wizards to not know everything and there just confused at what 'No wifi please try again' means.
