Blaine starred into Kurt's hopeful eyes. Blaine knew what this look meant, it meant I'm sorry, and please forgive me and please, I'm really fucking cute. It was THAT kind of look.
Just hours earlier Blaine was at Sebastian's:
"And your really going? After what he said?" Sebastian argued
"He's my best friend I can't just not go" Blaine replied
Sebastian sighed.
"Ok, but if anything happens, call me and I'll come and get you ok?" He asked
"Ok" Blaine agreed.
They embraced for a moment.
Sebastian drove Blaine to Kurt's and waited until Blaine was in the door, then he drove off.
"Did Sebastian drive you here?" Kurt asked
"Yeah" Blaine said, quietly.
There was an awkward pause. It was apparent Kurt wasn't going to speak first, so Blaine spoke:
"I'm getting food ok?" Blaine said
"Oh,no I've already got food cooking, I was hoping we could watch some movies? Like old times?" Kurt asked nervously.
"Sure thing" Blaine replied.
Blaine wasn't going to lie, he expected an apology. He thought this was self centred and demanding, but Kurt did insult Sebastian. It was also apparent Kurt wasn't going to apologise, Blaine thought his intention would be more "please don't date Sebastian" kind of conversation. Blaine still stayed however and advanced to Kurt's lounge room. It wasn't as large as Sebastian's but it's the one Blaine knows more and is more comfy in.
Kurt dashed from the room to get food, while Blaine was left to pick a movie. Blaine wondered why guys always wanted to watch movies with him. It's kind of cliche. When Kurt returned into the room with pizza Blaine spoke up:
"Can we do something better?"
Kurt paused.
"But you love movies" Kurt said.
Blaine agreed he did love movies, he was the movie kinda guy. Kurt however responded before Blaine could:
"Ok," he said, hesitantly. "What would you like to do then?"
Blaine shrugged. They sat in silence for a few minutes consuming pizza. Then Blaine remembered all the memories he and Kurt had ever shared in this house. They came rushing back to him:
"Hey Blaine" young 12 year old Kurt called.
Blaine starred at him. He was jumping on a trampoline, Blaine had never seen it before on his adventures to Kurt's house.
"It's new!" Kurt called "just got it today!"
Blaine starred again. He was starstruck by this boy, jumping up in the air, it actually reminded Blaine of a story Kurt wrote a long time ago: "once there was a boy who dreamed he could fly" Kurt's voice echoed in Blaine's mind.
"Well what are you waiting for?" Kurt yelled "come on up"
Blaine ran to the trampoline and began to jump

Kurt was on the ground, crying. Surrounded in blood. Kurt's mom and dad rushed outside to find a crying Kurt. They were talking very quietly and Blaine just starred. He wondered what had happened? Did he do something?
Kurt was rushed to the hospital,many came home with a broken leg and split skull.
Blaine realised this was the first time he ever blanked out. He came back to reality and Blaine asked:
