Stella's Point Of View

Binati ng amoy ng lumang aparador ang aking ilong nang muli kong buksan ang isang naka lock na cabinet saaking silid.

Tanging ang tunog ng tumatakbong second hand ng orasan ang naririnig saaking kinalalagyan ngayon. Dapit hapon na nang tuluyan kong mapagtanto ang aking magiging pasya.

Napatayo ako roon, sa harap ng cabinet. Natigilan ako at pinagmasdan lamang mga lumang bagay mula sa loob.

Kung ito lamang ang tanging paraan, ay gagawin ko.

Mariin kong kinuha ang isang hanger na may dalang pamilyar na uniporme.

Kung ito ang magdadala saakin ng mga kasagutang hinahanap hanap ko, tatanggapin ko.

Pinagmasdan kong tamaan ng sinag ng palubog na haring araw ang asul at puting unipormeng minsang naging parte ng aking buhay.

Kung ito lang ang daan patungo sa katotohanan..

Napapikit ako at maiging niyakap ang nasabing uniporme. Agad akong napatingala at pinagmasdan mula saaking kama ang dokumentong muling yumanig sa kapayapaan ng aming buhay.
