Random disclaimer:Above is how I imagine Chris .
---------Today is Wednesday, third day at my new school. Today I wore my white adidas soccer jersey with leggings and my adidas superstars. My hair was in a long, curly, messy braid, but somehow it looked cute.
Today hoodie boy had on a turquoise hoodie that said supreme in the corner. He was waiting at the corner. "Are you waiting for me?" I called out to him.
He flashed a smile, "nah, I'm just opening Christmas presents ."
"Did you get me a present?" I asked trying to be friendly.
"No sweety I was being sarcastic." He said bending down with his hands on his knees, like he was talking to a little kid.
"That's right go lower, make your elbows touch your knees." I said walking past him.
"So you're being nice to me now?" He asked confused
"Only because I want a good grade on our project."
"That makes sense... So um... Yesterday I saw that you and Chris were hitting it off pretty well."
"Yeah, I like him he's cool people."
"How much do you like him?" Said Josh in a low voice.
"Why do you care? I scoffed.
"Because- uh don't tell him I told you but he and Brandon are bumping heads because they both like you." What, fire is in mine ears? Could this be true? That's right I know a bit about Shakespeare.
He has to be lying to me. I've never really been seen as attractive to guys, I've never had this much attention from a boy until I came to this school. "How do you know?" I asked.
"Chris posted something about it on snap chat." He replied, "but you can't tell him I told you."
"Whatever." I said. I still dislike hoodie boy. If I feel the need to tell Chris about it I will. I don't care about Josh's feelings.
On the bus Brandon practically snatched me on to the seat next to him. "Chill dude I'm not going anywhere."
"Yeah I know. Listen we're having a game tonight and I want you there."
"Uh ok I'll have to check in with my parents..." My voice trailed off.
"Good I wasn't taking no for an answer anyway." He said with a smile.
---
During first period I was greeted by Chris, "aye girl, you like soccer?""Yeah," I replied , "I played for my old school."
"That's what's up are you gonna play soccer here too?
"I hope so" I sighed.
"Good, we'd be a cute soccer couple." He said with a wink. I wanted to scream like that annoying group of overly excited girls on Tv.
I laughed, "I guess we'll see."
---
That day nothing else went on just me and Ashlyn hanging out in class and us working on our project. In my last period Jaiden kept texting me.
After our talk I was excited to see him, I low key miss him.
