"And look at Miss Steillson, so fashionable with her boyfriend." One commentator gasps, standing at the end of the blue carpet beneath his feet. "I believe this is the first?" He asked his partner.

"If I remember correctly, you would be right Richard." She compliments, smiling real big when Emil, Li, Delphine and Shiro make their way down towards them. This was the biggest event for all the nations, even though there usually wasn't any press. There was going to be a sports tournament of Representatives from every country in multiple sports. Emil and Li would be on the European football team, Delphine and Shiro would be high jumping.

"These are reps from Iceland, Hong Kong and Japan, if I am correct?" Richard asked the now beside them nations.

"That's correct." Emil smiled sweetly, just to satisfy the people. He secretly hated this. "Myself and Delphine are here for Iceland." The Icelandic people of the crowd started cheering.

"I'm here with Hong Kong!" Li gave a huge grin, showing some nice pearls for teeth. He got the same response, the people of his country going up in cheers.

"And I'm here with Kiku as a rep for Japan." Shiro smiled kindly, waving to the people who waved his flag with his free hand. Delphine possessed the other.

"And you're ready for this, right?"

"Why else would Li Xiao get me up at five AM to run around our property with the dogs?" Emil teased, rolling his eyes towards the heavens. The reporters laughed politely, letting them move on so they could head into the arena.

"I thought you liked getting up early, da ze?" Hong Kong pouted, his hand getting a tight squeeze.

"Only for the people, Li." He sighed. "Only for the people I don't."

Delphine sprinted forward, vaulting forward and clearing the bar with a few inches to spare below her back. Emil and Li are clapping loudly, cheering her on. Kiku and Hercules are beside them, impatient for Shiro's turn. He comes out with the announcer's chatter, stretching his weaker left leg a bit.

"I can do this." He looks to the four adults, giving a thumbs up and a smile before bolting forward with the starter's gun. He hits the vault, tucking his arms into his chest and barely clearing the measurement. The crowd goes wild for the pair of jumpers, both of them heading to join their respective parents.

"Are you ready for the game?" Shiro asked Emil, Li talking excitingly with Delphine.

"Nervous, but as ready as I'll ever be." He blew air out between his lips, balancing the soccer ball on his toes. They were converting the field for the soccer match, the Northeastern hemisphere against the Northwestern. Emil barely counts on Li Xiao's team because of so many countries refusing to play. Alfred had to ask some of his states and his son.

"Now, let's have our teams join us on field! For the Northeastern hemisphere, we have Li Xiao Chun for Hong Kong, Emil Steillson for Iceland," they ran out when they were called, their country's people yelling and screaming excitedly, "Yao Wang for China, Kiku Honda for Japan, Ivan Bradinski for Russia, Mathias Kølher for Denmark, Berwald Oxenstierna for Sweden, Antonio Carideo for Spain, and Lovino Vargas for Southern Italy!" The team mates huddle together talking quietly before breaking off into their positions. Emil was defense with Ivan, Li was goalie, Kiku was center with Yao and Berwald while Mathias and Lovino joined Antonio as forwards.

"And for the Northwestern hemisphere, Alfred Jones for America, Matthew Williams for Canada, Arthur Kirkland for England, Shawn Kirkland for Wales, Ralph Zieres for Australia, Tino Väinämöinen for Finland, Lukas Bondevik for Norway, Roy Jones also for America, and Alicia Williams for Canada." They opposite team heads straight to their positions:
Lukas was goalie, Roy with Alfred and Arthur as forwards, Matthew with Shawn and Ralph on center, Alicia paired with Tino on defense. ((A/N: it took me three minutes of looking at all the names above to actually include them all XD ))

"You ready Emil?" Hong Kong was looking at Iceland in worry before breaking into a smile. Emil looked supper pumped, a face of determination set on his features.

"I am ready, we can win this!" His friends and teammates shouted in agreement as the ball was tossed in the air. The pair off was Roy and Lovino, most can figure what team got the ball.

"If we had not gotten the ball first I don't know what would have happened." Ivan told Emil as they walked into the locker room to shower down and head home. All the Nordics, minus Emil, had gathered and were talking the game over.

"Who knew quiet Alicia was such a good defense?" He could hear Denmark complimenting her.

"Matthew, obviously." Emil opens his locker, shoving his jersey and sweaty towel into it as he looked around for Li. He wasn't in here yet. Where is he?

"Move guys, he needs room." Commotion was coming from the front doors to the locker room, someone being carried on a stretcher.

"He's got a broken ankle, it needs to be set quickly before it starts to heal." A loud snap is heard as people gather about the poor figure. Emil couldn't see, but he recognized the cursing.

"Move out of my way!" He wiggled between the people, finally resting his hand on Li's shoulder as his ankle was set and wrapped. "What happened?"

"I guess South Americans don't take too kindly to bring teased, da ze." He rubbed the back of his neck. "Argentina especially."

A laugh rippled through the crowd. "We know, Xiao, we know."
