CHAPTER FIFTY SIX: More Suspicions

Of course I can remember him. How can I forget him?

He hit me hard that day.

A few years ago...

"I can't believe it pinsan! Finally may kontrata ka na sa Falcon Motors!" Je exclaimed while we are entering the building of the famous Falcon Motors.

I smiled. Hindi rin ako makapanila. Sa wakas I will be able to race as a professional driver. I can't wait for my competition already.

"Damn! I left something on the car. Hintayin mo ako dito ha." My cousin said then he went out again.

I was at the lobby waiting when I heard a commotion.

"This is bulsh*t Rick! You can't just kick me out like this! Ako ang nagpasikat sa Falcon Motors! Natalo lang ako ng ilang race then you are going to replace me with that rookie!?! This is unacceptable! Kakausapin ko si Peter!"

"This is not just about that Carlos! Niluto mo yung huli mong laban! Just go Carlos before mapilitan akong palabasin ka." Rick said then tumalikod na sya.

"Magbabayad kayong lahat!!!!" Carlos shouted then he turned he turned around and started walking.

Our eyes met. I am a little taken aback by the amount of anger in his eyes. Nagulat na lang ako ng bigla nya akong suntukin sa sikmura paglapit nya. I gasped for air and I fell on my knees in pain.

"This is not the end Tyler Arevalo. You will pay for this." Banta nya sa akin then he left.

Up until now hindi ko alam what I did wrong to him. Hindi ko naman ginusto ang mapatalsik sya.

I must admit Nayi had been making big progress on my case. Ang dami na nyang nalaman from Anita Ruiz to Carlos Herrera.

But aside from my case I am also having a big problem with Nayi.

I can't believe that she is so dense!!! She didn't even realize that I gave her the pocket watch because I have feelings for her?

Sana hindi nya naramdaman how my heart beat fast kapag kasama ko sya. She said she likes me pero hindi ko alam how I can say my feelings to her.

I look at my body. "Just hang in there." I said to it then the door of my room opens. Rick, Peter and Manong Henry came in together with my mom.

"Still no progress Jacqueline?" Tanong ni Sir Peter. My mom shook her head.

"The sponsors are becoming suspicious Jackie. If Tyler won't wake up after this month ends then I am afraid we have to pull off his entry in the upcoming competition." Sir Peter said.

My hands form into fists. Ian will definitely left the company hanging at pag nagkataon Falcon Motors will not have any driver for the race.

I have to wake up.
