Mommy? Daddy? (Part 3)

"Mommy? What are we doing here in the hospital?" Hazel asked.

"You and mommy will have to see a doctor." I answered.

She smiled as her reply and I continued driving to the hospital. I turned on the radio and it was Shawn's song. She sang along and her voice was really good. Just like Shawn's.

As we arrived at the hospital, we both hopped off the car and went to see the doctor. I asked for us to do a DNA test.

We fell in line for the procedure and after a few hours it was already done. They told me that my results would be mailed to our house and that it will be up in just three working days.

--- 3 Days Later ---

I saw Shawn go into the house with a lot of mail. Of course the others were fan mails and bills, but one stood up. It was the results of the DNA test. I quickly ran to him and got the results.

I opened it and I finally saw it. I cried.

"What is the result?" Shawn asked.

I was speechless. I just nodded while smiling and tears rolling down my face. We both hugged each other.

"Baby girl, Y/N, I should've believed you when you first said that." He said.

In the middle of the moment we heard some small steps rushing down the stairs. It was Hazel. I turned to her and kneeled down.

"Mommy, why are you crying?" She asked pretty confused.

I simply hugged her and so did Shawn. I can say that both of us are really happy.

As we both let go I let Shawn do all the talking. "Hazel..." He started.

"Yes daddy?" She looked at him.

"I don't know how to say this and that you won't understand us until you reach the right age, but we are your real parents." He said.

"Of course." She smiled.

"No we are really your mommy and daddy." He replied.

"I know daddy." She said.

"Okay let us explain to you everything." He said as we all go to the sala.

Shawn explained everything at the couch. He told her the story from the the day she was born, she was lost, and the days where in we were finding her. She seemed to understand.

"Mommy? Daddy?" She said looking at us.

We both nodded and we had a cozy family hug. This became one amazing day for us three.

I finally posted the last part.

I'm sorry if y'all think that the ending was kinda crappy. It is because I always love putting twists at the end of my stories, so I thought I would like to change it a bit for this one.
