It was New Year's eve and I'm all alone here in New York. I'm gonna meet the next year here since my boyfriend Shawn isn't around yet.
I finally reached it Times Square. I was already here waiting for the new year to come. There were a lot of people but I didn't mind. I just thought of this as one really big party where in everyone in the city came.
"Ten... Nine... Eight... Seven... Six... Five... Four... Three... Two...-" Everyone was shouting and so am I, but I was cut when I bumped into somebody.
"Shawn! Happy New Year!" I exclaimed.
"Y/N! Happy New Year! What are you doing here?" He said.
"Cuz no one is home and my parents went cruising so I decided to go here to NYC. How about you babe?" I replied.
"Same!" He answered. "I love you!"
"I love you too!" I smiled.
He lifted me up and gave me a kiss when the balloons fell down from the air and when the fireworks went to its finale. BEST NEW YEAR EVER!
