Right Here Waiting For You

It was a beautiful spring day. The flowers are blooming. And I am in the park with my good friend Shawn.

"Y/N/N, can I ask you something?" He asked.

"Yeah sure, why not." I chuckled.

"Y/N please be my girlfriend." He said kneeling down.

"But I can't have any boyfriend until I reach the age of eighteen. I do love you but this is not yet the right time. I'm sorry." I said.

"It's okay, meet me right here in this same exact spot during your eighteenth birthday." He said with a smile.

"I will." I said.

"Promise?" He asked.

"Promise." I said.

Before we parted ways we sealed that day with a kiss. Where in we all it a friendly kiss.

On your eighteenth birthday

I was on the park the same exact place where Shawn told me to be on my eighteenth birthday. Ever since that day we didn't talk or have any communication. All that we have now is faith.

It's been half an hour of waiting but he still isn't here. I started to cry and have doubts. Maybe he found another girl, or loves somebody else.

I started to walk away when I felt someone grab my wrist and twirled me around. It was Shawn. He kissed me and I kissed back.

"I thought you wouldn't come back. I thought you already loved someone else." I said.

"Well the important thing is that I am here and that your the only girl in my heart for those past years." He smiled then kneeled down. "Now, Y/F/N will you please be my girlfriend?"

"Hmmm.... Yes!" I exclaimed.

He stood up and carried me while we were spinning around he was showering me with kisses.

"I love you Shawn Peter Raul Mendes." I said.

"I love you too Y/F/N." He said.

There we sealed that moment with a passionate kiss.
