Nina's P.O.V

I'm walking along the cobblestone path next to Taika while Lizzy and Kim walk ahead.

"So, fiancee? Did Ciel propose to her?" I ask Taika.

"No, it was arranged. She's an annoying little something I can't say because the author doesn't swear." Taika answers bitterly.

"You're jealous."

"Am not!"

Lizzy squeals. "Oh, this dress is just the cutest! Kim, you must try it on!" She drags poor Kim into the store.

I sigh. "Let's go follow them."

Lux's P.O.V

I head straight to the garden once we get back. 'I never got to see a whole lot of it. Lizzy dragged me away.' I sit on a different stone bench and adjust my parasol so that it shields me from the sunlight.

I set my backpack, still looks like a bunny, on my lap. 'It's really peaceful when there aren't any mad fallen angels or obsessed grim reapers. I feel like singing. what should I sing? Hm, what about Connect?' I take a deep breath.

Every time I stop and stumble

in doubt and darkness

I close my eyes and think back to you.

We made a vow, a promise,

To carry onward,

I'll see it through.

When I was young, the sky shone clear and bright and blue,

And I smiled through every day, knowing that all my dreams would come true.

Now that I've grown, that sky fades dark and disappears

And the future I once dreamed dissolves before my doubts and fears.

And the strength you shared helped me to rise and stand.

Now my heart's alive, and racing
