2x18: Turning Point (Part 2)

"The number you've dialed..." this is my 4th call. 4th call and he's still not answering. 

"Gosh Daniel.." napasandal ako sa pinto ng condo niya. Nakalusot ako sa break ng taping namin today. Umalis ako ng set na hindi alam ng manager ko. I borrowed my co-actor's car para hindi mapansin. Hindi kasi ako mapakali. He's not answering my calls tapos nalaman ko pa nung isang araw na nagsuntukan sila ni Enrique. Enrique's having troubles with his wedding. Para bang andaming nangyayari at wala akong kaalam-alam. I needed to see Daniel to ask him things. Ayokong naglalakad na walang ulo. 

Gawd, ito na nga ba ang mahirap eh. Hindi ko pa nga alam kung anong passcode niya dito. 

Wait...

Enrique mentioned something... 

0319? 

Tama! 0319 daw ang passcode ni Daniel. Pero hindi niya ba ako niloloko? Lasing din siya nung sinabi niya yun sa akin. But...i might as well try? 

I pressed the numbers one by one. 

I pressed 9, the last one and turned the door knob. 

And...yes! It really opened! 

I entered the condo and just sat there on his sofa. 

Now the waiting game starts. I called again but he's still not answering. Gaano ba siya kabusy at hindi niya masagot-sagot ang tawag ko?

Sumandal ako napaisip. Bakit kaya 0319 ang passcode niya? Hindi naman niya ito birthday. And as far as i know, none of his family members had a birthday of 0319. Maybe a pin number of his card? Ugh nakakapagod mag-isip! It's draining my mind! Napatayo na lang ako at dumiretso sa kusina niya to find anything to eat. I just realized i've been taping for 10 straight hours and im hungry as hell. 

Nakakita ako ng burger at pinainit ito. I just roamed around the condo. 

2 years na akong tumitira dito but why...why have i never felt familiar with this place? Na para bang palagi lang akong bisita. I should feel like this is my whole place na rin but...no eh. 

I passed by the door that was always locked. Nakatingin lang ako rito. 

I shook my head. "No Kath, Daniel won't like it" 

Naiisip kong buksan ito. I am curious. Gusto kong malaman kung anong laman nito't palaging nakasara. 

"No Kath..." bulong ko ulit. 

But we're getting married, aren't we? I have the right... 

Ah bahala siya. I found myself running towards his room and scanning all drawers. Nabuksan ko ang pinakahuling drawer sa kanyang lamp table. There's a key...and the moment i saw it...I felt like it's that key. 

Dumiretso ako sa kwartong yun at pinasok ang susi. I turned the knob...and i was right. It was the right key. 

I slowly opened the door. It was a normal room. 

"Why would Daniel lock this room?" i asked myself. There was nothing special. It was a just a room. Except for a wooden box on top of the bed. 

Wala naman talaga akong pake dun sa wooden box. Dumiretso ako sa harap ng cabinet. Kinabahan naman ako. What if may mga special entity pala dito na scary kaya palaging nakasara? 

I shook my head again. Naku naman Kath. Kulang lang siguro ako sa tulog kaya't i'm thinking these things.

"Duh..."  I bravely opened the cabinet. 

There are clothes... 

Woman's clothes... 

 Sino naman kaya ang nagmamay-ari nito?
