Jared's POV

I heard the door open.

"What do you want?" Then the person slapped me. I looke up and it was my beta, Logan.

"What the hell was that for!? I yelled.

"For not looking for Juliet! Here you are, crying on the floor, and cutting yourself when you haven't even looked for her!" I tensed. He was right. I'm a terrible mate.

"Logan, you're right. Get me a bandage for my cuts, we're going to search every country and pack to find her. Thanks for knocking some sense into me." I said as I gave him a bro hug.

"No problem." He said as he left to go get a bandage. Watch out Juliet because I'm going to find you no matter what.

Juliet's POV

I got up and I went to the living room. It was 2:00 am. I couldn't go to sleep. I kept on having nightmares about Jared. My wolf and I didn't want to think about him but the fates keep on reminding me about him. I decided to call Jasmine. I picked up my cell phone and I dialed her number.

Jasmine's POV

I was working in my garden. It was about 6:00pm. I feliz my phone vibrate. I was getting a call from Venice, Italy. My mind went immediatly to Leila, I mean Juliet. I picked up.

"Hello?"

"Hi Jasmine!"

"Hey Juliet, how's Venice?"

"Good. There are some hotties here but my mind keeps on going to Jared. It's 2am here and I can't fall asleep."

"I wish I could be there. How about I sing you a song that my dad taught me." My dad was in the military when I was 7. My mind went back to that awful day.

Mommy and I were at the park. She was pushing me on the swing.

"Higher, mommy,higher!" I sang.

"Not too high because then you'll get lost in the clouds." She said. I giggled. Then mommy stopped pushing me.

"Push me mommy!" I said.

"Wait sweety, I'm getting a call from your Dad." Mommy talked on the phone for a while. I saw her eyes get wide. I saw them fill up with tears. Then my mommy was on the floor.

"Mommy!" I said and I got off the swing. I lay down to my mommy's body.

"Mommy!" I kept on screaming and screaming. I started to cry. Then I saw mommy's phone. I remember my mommy saying that if something happened that I should call my aunt Linda. I called her.

"Hello?" She said.

"A-Auntie?"

"Yes, Jasmine this is me what happened?"

"Mommy and me were at the park and something happened to her and she's on the floor."

"Okay I'll be right there."

It turns out that my daddy was killed on the front line in a battle. And my mommy suffered shock and died. Remembering my parents brought tears to my eyes.

"Jasmine? Are you still there?" Juliet asked.

I quickly wiped my tears.

"Yeah. I'm here."

"You thought about them didn't you."

"Yes." I said and I started to cry.
