It was cold. She'd been laying here for days, out of the wind, out of the snow. But not out of the cold. It had been days, no weeks, no months. She had no idea. How long has she been here?
She looked around for the food. Someone had been leaving her food. And she drank the ice. And the water from the ice. She was in the mountains somewhere, she guessed. But not Mt. Arrow. She'd been blown too far for that.
Ha. Blown.
Curse the wind.
Curse the cold.
Curse the fire that only came to destroy.
Not to keep warm.
She needed to be warm.
She formed her hands in a little cup and instantly light filled it. Then she closed her hands tightly so no light would work its way out.
So no light could blow her secret.
But light isn't very warm.
Curse the wind.
Curse the cold.
If only she had a fire power like Thor's.
Then she'd be warm.
But heck.
At least she was still alive.
