"I can't do it. Please don't make me do it. I just... I can't."

"Monica. Listen to me. You can do it. And you will," Camila toughly said, convincing
the now panicking bride. Her client was having cold feet fifteen minutes before
she finally walked down the aisle and she was doing her best to calm the frantic
woman down.

"I mean, just look at you," Camila said facing the bride infront of the mirror.

"You look gorgeous, you are radiant, and when you come out of this room, there will be a dashing man waiting for you to spend an entire lifetime with. Now, smile."

"But Camila. I'm terrified. I-"

"Monica. You love him, right?" The bride haphazardly nodded, still staring at their reflection in the mirror.

"He loves you too, Monica. And he's waiting for your 'I do.' Are you gonna deny him that?" Monica shaking her head.

"Thanks, Camila! You really are the best," monica said while hugging her sideways.
They were in that position when another woman entered the room and took
Monica by the arm.

"Nikki! Darling, you are smudging your mascara. Will you stop whining? You
have to look beautiful for Ethan," Monica's friend says.

"Uh, excuse me, I now have to get the ball rolling. Monica, come out in eight
minutes, will you? can you join her, uhm... Erika," she said, awkwardly smiling at the other girl. But the girl just raised her eyebrow and resumed fussing over the bride, as if she hadn't spoken a word.

What's her problem?

Actually, she knew the problem. She knew that girl has an issue at her and she had long known that if looks could kill, then she'd have been dead even before she got to live her dreams. way back in college that girl never liked her.
And it was all because of one other person.

Lauren.

She smiled just the thought of Lauren Makes her smile like crazy. It had always been like this for her for the past few days. she gets giddy with just a mention of her name, and she would always grin like an idiot whenever she would remember everything that
happened: the dinner, the drawing book, her dream house, her proposal. And the
kiss.

She touch her lips, remembering how good it felt to be held and be kissed by Lauren, how she ravaged her with breathtaking intensity, as if Lauren was ill and she was Lauren's cure. she didn't give her time to think, or to even analyze. Lauren just went
right on, giving her a run for her sanity, and she felt her heart beating right out of
her chest and falling, yet again, for Lauren Jauregui. She made Lauren drive her home that night, much to lauren's protest. She wanted her to stay. But she knew that if she did, she might not be able to get ahold of herself and surrender to Lauren completely. She felt so much has happened that she needed time- and room- to breathe. Everything went too fast that she wanted to take it slow.

That night, she lay awake on her bed, thinking of Lauren and everything they've gone
through. And she'd occupied her every thought ever since.
Which reminds me, It's been three days since weve seen each other, i missed her so much. She was in that thought when her phone rang, and she felt her lips tearing apart
at her very wide smile.

"Hi," she answered, imagining her green emerald eyes.

"Babe. Hi..." Lauren said, followed by silence. each hearing the other's breathing.

It was she whobroke the silence.

"you are too busy" camila said while pouting

"I know, and I'm sorry. Signal reception here is very low" Lauren explained.
She left for Hawaii for a shoot the morning after the kiss, and Lauren didn't call until
now.
