Part two for the Mommy! Reader x Canada!
-After twenty thousand years from that day-
"I....I.....no....this can't be happening! I'm just having a nightmare is all. I'll wake up from this terrible dream..."
You had just found out the boy whom you cared for and loved, as if your child, had died. "He had such a great government and economy... How could he have died?"
"(Reader-chan), he was attacked many, many times, over and over again, by different countries. He didn't have enough time to regain his military strength between each attack. I'm sorry. Cana was like my son as well. I'm sure this is heavier on you though..." Your ex-employer told you. You couldn't respond. You couldn't with all the tears running from your eyes.

-Time Skip Brought to You By Kirkland Genes-

You and many other countries stood around the casket as it was lowered into the ground. You were angry at the countries because it was their doing that caused your son's death, but didn't say anything. You didn't want the same thing to happen to your country.
After the casket was covered with the earth that had once already been there, everyone disbursed. But you stayed. You fell to you knees and cried as the rain started to pour down to earth. You were too heartbroken to notice all the countries still behind you, watching with guilt.
"Why?! Why did it have to be Canada?! Why couldn't it have been me?!" You yelled to the sky. "It's not fair! He should still be alive!" You couldn't hold back from balling your eyes out.
Then, you felt a hand on your shoulder. You looked back to see Francis.
"Come on, (Reader-chan). You crying won't solve anything. What's done is done. There's no going back."
Suddenly, all your anger swirled inside you and directed to him.
"How could you say that?! Cana is dead because you and the other countries attacked him! And you all have the guts to come to his funeral!? You're the ones who killed him! Patay ang anak ko! Wala na siya! Siya ay nawala ngayon! At ito ay ang kanilang mga kasalanan!"
(My son is dead! He's gone! He's gone now! And it's their fault!)
"(Reader)! Stop! It wasn't our fault!" A certain American yelled. "Our bosses forces us to! Do you think we would want to kill my little brother?!"
"You could've said no to your bosses! Do something to reject! Anything! But you didn't! And now look where we are! A cemetery! And he's dead now!"
You breathed in heavily and tried to calm yourself.
(You can finish the story or use my ending)
"I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. My anger got the best of me..." You were them embraced by a strong set of arms.
"It's alright, dudette. This must be really heavy for you..."
You pushed him away and ran. Away from them. Away from the world. Away from that cemetery. Away from your life.
"...back....come...ck....co...ba..."
You heard a faint voice, but it wasn't any of the countries' voice. It was....
"Canada..." You said as you stopped in the middle of a forest closest to the cemetery in a clearing. Tears threatened your eyes again as you saw the faint shadow of your son. You brought your hands to your face and gasped.
"Mama, don't cry. It's alright. I can stay with you." His ghost shape wavered and focused.
"Cana, I'm sorry. If I didn't leave you, if I protected you, none of this would've happened...I'm sorry"
His ghost came towards you and smiled.
"Mama, it's okay. Remember, I'm a ghost. I can come with you anywhere." He smiled again and his ghost disappeared.
You smiled. Tears rushed down your cheeks but, these were different.
