I saw a spider and had a full blown panic attack and I don't know why???
I mean I don't know why seeing a spider has that effect on me I see spiders all the time and I don't normally flip but this time I am fucking scared I don't know what to do and all I see is spiders and I can feel them on my back and arms and help me please there's one in my closet and like ten more out here and I can't fucking kill them because they're all over my shoes too HELP ME
