41||Plan Into Motion

Author's Note:I know I've been inconsistent, and that's not fair for you guys. I'm so sorry I haven't been updating as much as you have liked, but I swear I'm not dropping this. Even if I take months off I keep thinking of what to do next and you guys prolly hate me for that ngl:,)

(Name) sat patiently in the meeting room along with Aokiji, Shanks, and two of the captain's officers as well. The air was relatively heavy as a layout of Impel Down was laid out before them acquired through Aokiji's connections.

"I've managed to convince Sengoku to let me pick up Fire Fist. I will be on the escort ship taking him to Impel Down, and I will have to leave early morning tomorrow to get there on time. In doing so, I'll smuggle both (Name) and Yasopp in, correct?" Aokiji says, his voice oddly engaged and lacking the usual aloofness to it. "They're on their own from there. I can't continue being part of this plan if I wish to maintain my current position without suspicion from the higher ups along with the escort team."

Shanks nodded. "Yeah, got it. Then through Dragon, Ivankov agreed to meet you at the dock just prior to entering the prison with you, Yasopp and (Name)." He pointed to the two. "They'll swap Yasopp's gender to get past security and once you guys are inside, they'll swap Yasopp again." He clarified as he glanced at Aokiji. "And then you'll say that (Name) and Yasopp are your guards accompanying you. To get recent reports on Impel Down's most recent prisoner list, Aokiji, you make small talk with the warden or Vice Warden to find out where the wax person is being held."

(Name) had provided the information to them that Mr.3 from Alabasta had been captured and there was a high probability he was being held there. Aokiji had caught wind of this back during the Baroque Works incident and heard that all of Crocodile's officers were within the confines of Impel Down. With him as their (most likely unwilling) ally, they would be able to make replica keys  and unlock the unlock the cuffs on Ace at the execution block as a plan B if they don't get him to escape on time here in Impel Down.

"Once we get him, (Name) will travel down to at least Level Four before Yasopp begins to meddle with security and the Den Dens set up around the prison on (Name)'s path using a dart gun to temporarily put the cameras out of commission. By then the riots should be happening to slow down the guards going after our team. After that we can try and use Iva's tunnels, but I doubt they go all the way down to Level Six."

(Name) nodded along. He had downloaded a manga app on his phone and had been grinding the One Piece manga to catch up with the current timeline and prepare. "And if they don't, I doubt we're the only ones who will be trying to get Ace out."

"I doubt Whitebeard would send his kids to Impel Down. It would be too risky to have them captured as well while they need all their resources and comrades to storm Marineford." Benn said, blowing smoke into the room, briefly obscuring (Name)'s view of the map of Impel Down on the table where Aokiji laid before them. It was vague and was a downgraded map which lacked most of the minor details of the prison, but it was enough to get an idea.

Shanks nodded once. "So, in short, Team Sigma," (Name) tried not to snort at the name he suggested for he and Yasopp's duo, "Will go with Aokiji to infiltrate Impel Down disguised as his guards. Then they'll get past security and begin to go down the levels of Impel down before (Name) splits to search for the Wax-Wax person and sneak him into the underground tunnels in case of plan B."

"Then (Name) will meet back with us using Iva's tunnels." Yasopp said nonchalantly. "We don't have to worry about Magellan if we're under the guise as escorts under Aokiji. But if we get caught whilewe get Ace, we don't have to worry because fire can burn the acid-poison Magellan creates, and if we're lucky, I can get close enough to the Warden and hit him with some Seastone. Fighting-yada-yada-yada, we win and we escape. The end. No war. Everyone is happy." He finishes. "If we don't, then well, we're screwed and plan B goes to shit as well if we're captured."
