PERCY RODE BLACKJACK OVER THE SEA, he marveled at the thrill of flying on a winged horse. The wind whipped through his hair as he skimmed over the waves, relishing the rush of excitement. Soon, Blackjack slowed and turned, and Percy dismounted, plunging into the icy depths below.

Underwater, Percy felt at ease, his movements fluid and effortless. He navigated through the darkness with ease, guided by his innate connection to the ocean.

As he descended, he encountered a group of hippocampi circling an overturned boat, their agitation evident. Investigating further, Percy discovered a cow-serpent tangled in a fishing net, its distress palpable. Despite the creature's fear, Percy attempted to free it from its predicament, calming the hippocampi and coaxing the cow-serpent with soothing words. After a challenging effort, he successfully untangled the creature, earning the gratitude of the hippocampi and the affectionate nuzzle of the cow-serpent.

As Percy resurfaced and reunited with Blackjack, he reflected on the recent events, his thoughts drifting to his friend Annabeth and the perilous quest Aurora would be facing.

Soon, Blackjack dropped Percy near the dining pavilion, he heard his favorite voice calling out to him. His heart skipped a beat, and he turned to see her running toward him. A wave of relief washed over him at the sight of her, and he couldn't help but smile.

"Perce!"

Before he could say anything, Aurora threw herself into his arms, tackling him in a tight hug. Percy wrapped his arms around her, holding her close as she spoke about their shared dream from the night before.

"The dream, Perce. Annie... Artemis is with her... and Luke that asshole..."

"Yeah," Percy sighed, his voice soft with understanding. "I know, I know."

As Aurora thought about the prophecy, her dreams, and her visions; she couldn't help but think that they were all connected. Percy could see her fear and uncertainty about the upcoming quest, and Percy's heart ached for her. He admired her strength but also understood the weight of her vulnerability at this moment. He simply held her, his resolve strengthening with every breath she took.

"I'm scared, Percy," Aurora admitted, her voice trembling slightly. "I have a feeling something terrible is gonna happen. We've been on quests before. We've heard the prophecies for them but they never explicitly say that someone was gonna die... it's a given obviously... quests are dangerous..."

"Rory, breathe." Percy wrapped his pinky finger with hers. "Remember, prophecies sometimes have double meanings."

"I just have a gut feeling," Aurora muttered, staring at their intertwined fingers.

"Tell me," Percy told her softly as he looked down at her.

"A feeling that this prophecy is set in stone." The daughter of Apollo looked up at Percy with resignation.
