Old Friends and Dark Magic

Kitty was nearing seven months pregnant and her stomach was very visible but she wasn't the only one pregnant, Snow had just announced to the kingdom that she was pregnant but it was very early days for her. Kitty had been having a few... problems with her magic, she could sense it getting stronger everyday. Grace had found a spell book in the dark castle when she was helping Neal and Belle and she had found a section on Prophecies, she had read something not knowing it was an incantation and since then Kitty's magic had been changing and getting stronger.

Kitty didn't know if she was being paranoid but sometimes she could hear whispers around her when she was alone, something was calling out to her and Grace was blaming herself for it because she read the spell book without even thinking that something would happen. The whispers sounded so familiar to Kitty... like a voice she'd forgotten or a thought that disappeared... Jefferson had noticed a change to Kitty's behaviour and was getting worried about her, she was still refusing to speak to Hook, she knew she was wrong to say what she had but she couldn't bring herself to go and see him... until today.

Grace and Jack were helping Neal and Belle in the library at the dark castle and Indiana was helping Jefferson in the castle organise a nursery and even Regina was helping them both, Kitty had decided to go and visit her father, she walked down to the docks and saw her father in an arguement with another pirate making her sigh and slowly walk up towards the ship, she bumps into a man by accident "Oh im so..." She trails off wide eyed as she realises who's in front of her "Starkey?" She asks with tears in her eyes and the man looks at her eyes and ears before he realises who it is.

"Kitty?... oh my god." He says pulling her into a hug and she hugs the man back, she remembers how close they were when she was younger, she remembered how the man would always look after her when her parents were busy running the ship, it was funny because he was by the far the biggest man on her fathers ship but he had a heart of gold, he was definitely a gentle giant, don't be fooled he would crush you if you betrayed him or hurt anyone on his crew but if you were nice to him and he cared for you he was the nicest man you could know.

"I can't believe after all these years... I get to see you again." Starkey says as he pulls back to look at her and she smiles at him "It's so good to see you again Starkey... Where did you go after I... disappeared." She says and he sighs "When we got back from Neverland, I couldn't do it anymore I... I missed you too much kiddo, Cap'in understood and so I left the crew lived by the docks ever since, I work in the tavern now." He tells her and she nods her head with a smile, she could imagine the man being able to lift all the rum barrels with ease.

"I'm glad you are alright... I never thought I'd see you again." Kitty says and he smiles at her "And I you kiddo, but enough about me... what have youu done with your life? Judging by how you look I assume you got away from that beast and found someone." He says looking at Kitty's pregnant stomach and she laughs and nods her head "You'd be correct, I met a wonderful, crazy man and we got married, we have two amazing children and another on the way." Kitty says and she can see that the man is getting emotional "I'm glad your so happy Kitty... when you left it was a dark time on the Jolly Rodger." Starkey says and she nods her head

"Cap'in lost it, it was one thing to lose Milah... but to lose you... you meant everything to that man, he would... he would go to your room, and sit there for hours... he cleaned it so it was in pristine condition... he always said your room needed to be clean for you coming home... we were all worried that he was losing his mind, guess he wasn't as mad as we all thought though huh?" Starkey tells her and she can't even smile back at him, she has tears running down her face after listening to what her father went through when she was taken, she felt even more guilty for how she treated him when they first got back.

"What's wrong kiddo, something's eatin ya." Starkey says crossing his arms leaning against one of the posts by the docks "That easy to tell huh?" She says and he smirks and shakes his head "You used to make the same faces when you were upset when you were little, guess somethings never really change huh?" He says and she laughs and wipes her tears away. She had noticed that she was a lot more emotional the futher into her pregnancy that she got and Jefferson had noticed as well and was now always actively trying not to upset her because there had been one night where Kitty had lay crying for half an hour believing that she had angered Jefferson because when she asked him what he wanted to eat he shrugged his shoulders instead of verbally answering and it made Kitty burst into tears scaring Jefferson and the kids.
