The next morning it was quiet in the Hatter household, Jefferson and Kitty were cuddled up in bed with Kitty sleeping with her head against Jefferson's bare chest and her tail was wrapped around one of Jefferson's legs. The two lovers were peacefully asleep in their room "MAMA! MAMA WAKE UP! UNCLE NEAL'S GOING TO BURN THE HOUSE DOWN!" Well they were asleep until they heard Graces voice and Kitty and Jefferson jumped awake like they had been electrocuted. Kitty grabbed Jefferson's shirt off the ground and threw it on as she ran to the kitchen, she was just lucky that Jefferson's shirts were so large that they came down to her mid thighs.

"What's going on?" Kitty asks still feeling tired but awake enough for whatever was going on in her kitchen, she can see the smoking pan and waves her hand to open the window so the house doesn't fill up with smoke. She snaps her fingers and the pan gets moved into the sink with the tap running. "Okay what were you trying to make." Kitty asks as Jefferson walks in behind her with jeans on still shirtless and he hides his face in her hair groaning because he was woken up abruptly. "I was making the kids pancakes, that's what a fun uncle does! He makes the kids pancakes." Neal says shrugging and Kitty scoffs "a fun uncle also doesn't burn down the kitchen." She says before yawning and Neal just crosses his arms and looks at her and Jefferson.

"Because you two are pillars of righteousness." He says sarcastically and Jefferson groans rubbing his eyes still half asleep before he puts his face back into kitty's hair his head between her ears "I'm going to get dressed try not to burn down any other rooms in my house please." He says as Grace and Jack go to the fridge to grab more food and as Jefferson walks away he hears Neal laughing and he turns back to the man "you got a little something there Jefferson." Neal says gesturing to his back and Jefferson just smirks "what can I say? Cat scratches." Jefferson says as Kitty turns bright red and Neal looks disgusted "your so lucky I need to feed your children or I would chase you with the frying pan." Neal grumbles turning back around to make something else for the children "hey you mentioned it Neal." Jefferson says with a shrug as he leaves and Kitty shakes her head with a small laugh looking between her brother and her husband and she laughed at how childish they both were.

Kitty and Jefferson get changed and go back downstairs to see the kids and Neal eating eggs with Anidori eating what looks like mushed up peaches and they all look over at the two of them walking in "good to see you put on a shirt." Neal jokes and Jefferson grins sarcastically "good to see you can actually cook eggs properly." Jefferson bites back at him and Kitty laughs into her hand trying not to get involved and Neal just glared at Jefferson "you shouldn't even be getting my eggs for that." Neal says grudgingly handing over a plate with eggs on it and Kitty just smiled, she was happy that her brother and her husband got along even if they did act like children she couldn't have asked for more.

Kitty's phone started ringing whilst she was eating and she saw Regina's name " 'Gina? Is everything okay?" Kitty asks and she hears Regina sigh "will you help me have a seance to speak to my mother?" She hears and laughs "well hello to you too, can I ask why? Because if you don't remember allow me to jog your memory, Cora hated my guts, had me beaten, and locked me up in her dungeon. Not to mention what she did to my husband." Kitty explains and hears Regina go quiet "I guess that's fair, you know what it's fine, I'll ask the uncharmings... how are you all doing anyway? I heard you opened your cafe again?" Regina says and Kitty smiles "we're good and yeah we did, we're going back to the cafe today again once we're ready and Neals done trying to burn my house down." Kitty says and sees Neal roll his eyes.

"Come again? Golds son almost burned your house down?" Regina asks with a laugh as Kitty nods "oh yeah, seems I'm the only one who can actually cook in this household." Kitty says and both Neal and Jefferson look at her offended as Grace and Jack laughed and Anidori just kept eating her peaches ignoring her family, her food was her priority. "Yes well knowing your brain cell lacking portal jumper I believe you." Regina says before sighing "I'll leave you be and I'll talk to the charmings about the seance." Regina says and Kitty nods even though she can't see it "sorry 'Gina it's just difficult for us." She says and scratches the back of her neck "no I understand Kitty, perhaps I'll come to your cafe later." Regina says and it makes Kitty smile "your always welcome Regina." She says and she knows that Regina appreciates that "thanks Kitty I'll talk to you later." She says and Kitty nods "see you later 'Gina." She says and hangs up the phone.
